Hi, 

I have just recorded my quickest 5km PB and am distraught that it will not sync to strava. I am using a Garmin Forerunner 55 and the activity is showing on Garmin Connect. If I start another activity, it automatically syncs. 

What can I do?

The first thing would be to give it a little time.  Sometimes it just takes a little longer to sync between Garmin Connect and Strava. If that doesn't do it, you can export the .gpx file from Garmin connect on a computer and then import it directly into Strava using the + sign - Upload Activity - File.
