I have Amazfit GTR4 and during the last month I have some issue to upload from ZEPP to STRAVA...just with swimming pool session!

so...to upload Swimming session must I have gps on? or are there any problems with Strava?

    Hi,

     

    I am experiencing the same with my Amazfit Balance which is not syncing my swim sessions to Strava unfortunately. 

    Please note it is registering and available in the Zepp application, however just not syncing to Strava.

    Could you please share an update on the status of this issue?

    Hey @Rikde, 
    Thanks for your post. Our team found there were several upload errors that were related to the swim activities. The error we are seeing on our end is "The file empty."
