I tried installing/uninstalling the app multiple times, logging out and in , turning phone and watch on an off, but the run doesn’t show up on the app. It shows imported from the Health app but somehow doesn’t appear on the Activities page. Manual Gtx file uploads are highly inaccurate. Thanks

Could you try the troubleshooting steps recommended in this post.
If you still aren’t able to view your activities within Strava, please submit a support ticket and a Support Analyst will get in touch to troubleshoot with you.
