Hi there,

I am having problems connecting from LC_CC to Strava - for the Activity Sources I cant see a connect button, Strava and it has the busy / spinning wheel next to it but nothing happens. I have tried another browser with no difference and have also contacted LeCol multiple times and methods to get to the bottom of it with zero response.

Can anyone help please?

Thanks for your post and I'm very sorry to hear you're having this issue. This connection is set up from the Le Col side. Please make sure you're following the instructions that are explained here.


 


Thanks for replying but I think its your instructions that are the problem!

They seem very out of date and don't explain what to do if you get the spinning wheel of doom like I have.

Thanks for your reply. Those instructions are provided by Le Col - there is a link to email them at the bottom of the page - I would suggest doing that if you haven't already.


One other suggestion I would make is to check in your Strava Connected Apps, and ensure Le Col isn't already connected.  If it is, but doesn't seem to be working, try disconnecting it, and then try the connections instructions again.


To check for the connection, please sign into your account on the web at strava.com. You can disconnect from any third-party applications here:

Thanks for getting back again Jane. I have revoked the LeCol app per the link you provided but this has made no difference. I wanted to try deleting and then recreating my LeCol account but apparently you have to contact LeCol in order to do so - given their sum of response of zero since I started looking into this, I don't hold out much hope of getting any further with this - another customer lost I'm afraid, such a shame.
