Using my casio g shock 5600 connected to One Plus North Android phone gives a huge difference in the pace data. Any ideas how to fix this? I've disabled the auto pause activity in Casio and Strava.

Strava is using two different methods of timing - moving time and elapsed time.
For running, it displays moving time by default* (and calculates pace using that), but if you're interested in, you can still find the elapsed time & elapsed pace in the activity details.
Does this explain the difference that you see?
*) for “Race” runs, elapsed time/pace is used.
