from the related Help article:
From the Strava website, hover over your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner. Click on Settings from the drop-down menu. Select My Account on the left and Change Email Addresson the next page. From the mobile app, select the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner and select Change Email. A password is required to update your email. If you have lost access to the email on your Strava account and cannot change your email to receive the password reset, proceed with submitting a support ticket.
