I find the calories on connect do not synch well into Strava.
Ex. Ellipitical calories after editing in Connect ( to synch with Technogym with weight/age data and synch to heart strap should be more accurate ) to then synch to Stara shows the original incorrect value not the new one.
Why?

Thanks for posting about this. Here is some general information on how we determine calories for your Strava activity
It sounds like you're editing your calories in Garmin Connect, is that correct? Since Garmin syncs your activity file to Strava immediately upon upload, any edits you make to an activity after that are not reflected in the data in the Garmin file. Apologies for any confusion on this. I hope that's helpful and let us know if you have further questions.
+2Actually I disconnect Garmin, workout, edit on Garmin mobile app then re-connect.
It still picks up the data from the watch and not from the Mobile Garmin app, where I edit.
