Hi, seems each one of my devices - PM,HRM, etc all create their own ride under the ride i record so all the information is in separate places & it looks like i’ve done various similar rides at the same time, is there a way where this can all be summarised in one ride?

Hi @jimmytwo, unfortunately Strava doesn't have this option - there's a workaround though:

People have already been asking for this feature to be added to Strava, you can add your vote here:

Does anyone know if you get all your devices to sync with each other & then only sync one with strava this works & only records 1 ride but with all the data?

@anchskier @Jan_Mantau I think one of you guys were familiar with this, if I recall correctly..? (I can’t find the thread now...)

Similar topics have come up before. The general problem is that when you have multiple sources of data, it's difficult to know exactly how to sync them up. Usually they won't exactly line up, so trying to combine them means at least once piece of data will be out of sync with the rest.

@jimmytwo

Based on the description here, what would need to be done is to pair the sensors (HRM, Power) with a single recording device -- Watch, Head unit, Phone, etc… The recording device will include all of the data properly synced up, and that's the file your send to Strava. It would be helpful to know exactly which devices you have. Most likely whatever you're using to record the GPS track will be the “main” device that you pair all the others to, and you'd need to look at the manual for that device to figure out how to pair everything.

What @ActivityFix said is probably the best route.  Try to pair the various devices (PM, HRM, etc...) to a single device.  If you have a garmin GPS (watch or bike computer), it will likely have the capability of pairing your PM and HRM to it so all of the data is in one file.  We may be able to help you figure out the best route if you let us know what specific devices you are using.
