When trialling FitOn I have the problem that the workouts are not appearing in Strava.

Am using an iPhone, and FitOn is populating the Workouts in the Health app as expected. Strava is configured to pull in data from the Health app.

This works fine for Apple Fitness+, but can anyone tell me how to make it work for FitOn?

Thanks.

Hey @Cogpunk,

The Apple Health integration built into the Strava iPhone app supports the importing of activities recorded with the Workout app on your Apple Watch. This integration has not been built to import activities which were recorded using a 3rd party app. You can learn more about this integration in the following article: Health App and Strava

Rather than using Strava's Apple Health integration to import the activities you described, it will be necessary to determine if the developer of the app you are using has included a Strava integration with their app. If this integration exists, you can connect your Strava account to the app in order to sync your activities directly to your account.

Alternatively, if the app you are using supports the exporting of your activities as FIT, TCX, or GPX files, you will have the option to manually upload these activities to your Strava account using our activity upload tool: https://www.strava.com/upload/select

I hope this information points you in the right direction.
