+2New to Garmin/Strava (and swimming for that matter). Auto upload from Garmin to Strava, is the nearly 2 minute pace difference between the two due Garmin taking into consideration my multiple rests between lengths but Strava not?

Yes, Strava bases the overall pace calculation on the total elapsed time while Garmin is only using the moving time.
