Hello,

 

I’m using a HUAWEI Fit Watch 3, and everything had been working well until recently. For the past one or two weeks, every activity is being synced twice to Strava. As a result, I see all my activities duplicated.

 

Even when I delete the duplicate entries, they reappear the next time the watch syncs with Strava.

 

Could you please help me resolve this issue? Is there something I need to adjust in the settings, or is this a known syncing problem?

Thank you for your response. That might indeed be the reason. I have connected multiple apps, and it's possible that the data is being synced in a loop, causing duplicate activities. I will review my app connections and adjust the settings accordingly.

I disconnected all other Apps from the Watch, but the Double activities are coming back After I deleted them.

 

is it possible to see where the activity is coming from ?

 

 


I just noticed that the activities are not exactly identical.

 

There is always a consistent difference between the newly synced activity and the one that already exists.

 

Some meters and seconds seem to get lost somewhere in the process.


 


 


Hello! I have exactly the same issue. All the past activities with my Huawei Watch are being synced twice, creating duplicates. Even if I delete these duplicates they keep coming back after a new sync between the Huawei Health app and Strava.

 

Does anyone know the solution to this problem? Is it a Huawei or a Strava glitch?
