My Strava activities are not Syncing to Apple Health, what should I do?

I just recently connected strava to apple health and allowed sharing between the apps.  All my strava activites were synced back August 23 but nothing before that.

Thanks for the post. Only activities recorded with the Apple Watch Workout app recorded within the past 30 days are able to sync. You can find more info on the Health App and Strava here.
