new watch (coros) cannot sync with strava

hi. previously, my strava account link with Zepp account and watch. Now, im trying to link my new coros watch with strava account, following the step provided by coros via link. But not working. how to sync my new coros watch?

Yes we did find a solution. Will copy it below and hope it works for you too. 

 

  1. Please set the browser that comes pre-installed on your mobile device as your default browser, rather than Google Chrome, Firefox, or other browsers.
  2. Clear the COROS app cache in your phone settings to restore the "Open with" window.
  3. Retry the connection process in the COROS app and select COROS Connect Now when the "Open with" window appears.?name=image.png
  4. If this doesn't work, please try connecting using another mobile phone or tablet device (preferably an iPhone).

If it doesn't solve the problem, it would help if you describe exactly which step failed, what error message is displayed etc.

Hi, I'm experiencing the same issue with my coros pace 4. I'll go through those steps and press authorize which just has me return to my coros app. It says syncing but its not connected to strava. Have restarted the phone, the watch, using Google Chrome as browser, deleted cookies, closed all the apps.

I have same problem. I bought a coros dura device 2 days ago. Cannot even link strava and komoot to coros. So probably the problem is in the coros app/android. I had a long chat we coros until night yesterday. No solution. Now they are doing an "escalation". I think it means they will look deeper in the issue. 

Did you find a solution?

Do you also run android 16? 

I changes to coros because garmin is not perfect...maybe I will go back to garmin again..

Chrome is default browser on Pixel.  Mine does not connect at all regardless clearing cache/cookie/reboot/repairing/different Pixel phone.  Is Google Chrome, Firefox, etc the issue?  I might need to borrow an iPhone to try again.
