I'm losing all will.  For no reason, my Polar flow app stopped syncing with Strava.  I have tried troubleshooting, talking to bots, and hours between messages.  I have uninstalled both apps and checked permissions.  I've then tried to upload manually with no luck, I was told it was a Google issue.  So I've tried one step access.  I can't change my email address, strava app won't allow, server error 😒.  

 

When I check to connect strava and polar it shows all is connected, but still no syncing.

 

I'm paying a subscription, the help and service from bots and ticket messages I find very frustrating now.  What am I not seeing?

Hi Ryan, Polar seems to have a partial outage now:

Webstore and data transfers to Nike are indicated as impacted, but often the extent of an outage is only discovered gradually. 

Since you’ve tried all standard troubleshooting steps, it's quite probable that the issue is related to that outage. 

If the issue persists even after Polar shows all services as Operational, it would help if you include the exact wording of all error messages that you see.
