I use a Garmin watch for running. For various reasons I don't want to upload directly from Garmin to Strava. So can I use an intermediate app? I have tried using Nike run club but it hasn't worked so far. I have integrated nrc with Garmin and runs upload with no problem to nrc. But having also integrated nrc with Strava they will not post to Strava after they reach nrc. Is that normal? If so, are there any alternatives?

Hi @IP99,

if you have an iPhone, e.g. RunGap is simple and very good. I’m using it to sync activities from Apple Health to Runalyze and to Garmin Connect, but it could do also what you're asking.
Or, check these apps to see if any other could serve your purpose: https://www.strava.com/apps/data-importer
