Hi! I've just changed my bike device with a shanren and I can't autorize the uploading to my strava profile because of a 403 error about the limit of athlete already conexed.

How can I solve the problem?

You have to contact the developers of the device or app where you record your rides. It's their responsibility to increase their maximum number of connected athletes by asking Strava for more. Meanwhile you could record with the Strava app.
