Recurring sync issue with outdoor pool swim activities between Samsung Health and Strava

Hello,
I’m experiencing a recurring synchronization problem between Samsung Health (Galaxy Watch4) and Strava for my outdoor pool swim activities. The activities are fully and correctly recorded in Samsung Health (distance, duration, laps), but when synced to Strava, the data is incomplete or incorrect (missing or very low distance).
I have contacted Strava support multiple times, but the responses suggest that pool swims are not properly supported or recommend manual uploads, which is not a viable solution for me.
I also tried a third-party app (Health Sync) without success.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Are there any workarounds or ways to escalate this technical problem with Strava?
