(RESOLVED) 3rd party apps (mi fitness, zepp, fitbit, igsport, xoss, etc) not connecting to Strava

Same here. Couldn't sync my workout, and couldn't authorize.

My fitbit activities won't sync to strava...I've unpaired my fitbit and tried pairing it again but now strava won't let me add it. It's giving me an error...this is really annoying.

Maybe add a status update on your status page as users of other apps will complain a lot. Took a while to find this post here 🙂

Still have same problem..more than 8 hours..i think strava should post this problem in their instagram account.

Has this been resolved for anyone? I followed the advice and disconnected my fitbit but now cannot reconnect it as I keep getting an error message. All the messages on this list say from "yesterday" but not sure if that's a time zone thing? Also it's not under "known issues" on the strava page...🫠

The “Resolved” is somewhat misleading here, as an “Accepted answer” equals = Resolved

Same here... can´t sync mi fit with strava...

Hi as of today, my rouvy workout did not upload automatically to strava as it used to. I unlinked it and tried to link it again. But upon clicking authorize, it just brings me to an 'Internal server error' message page. Tried a few more times, still the same. Checked with Rouvy support, they said its a Strava issue. Hope this can be resolved soon. Thanks.  

Since yesterday my xoss app will not sync with Strava. Its been working fine since i joined in January 2024. When i check the xoss app it showed not connected to Strava. When trying to authorize again it flashes a error very quickly on the app and then closes. I presume all these problems are due to the Strava platform having degraded performace?

Same - as of yesterday, fitbit not uploading to strava. Revoked access to try to solve, noe it won't let me access to fitbit. Says 500 internal error.

Same here. Please assist us. This is a widespread issue, it seems. 

@Scout while your team is at work in resolving this, it would be great if https://status.strava.com/ would reflect the on-going incident. While investigating Strava OAuth connection incident with my app, it took a while to find this discussion thread and understand it was Strava server issue, not something I could fix in my app.
