Hello! Thanks to everyone who posted here and apologies if you are still having difficulty getting your App/device to authorize the connection to Strava.

The issues have largely been resolved, however we are aware that some of our Partners are having some residual issues using the Strava API - this is the cause of the problems you are seeing authorizing the connection to Strava.

If you are still experiencing the error, we recommend reaching out directly to the Partner in question for further assistance.

As a workaround in the meantime, If you can export those files in GPX, TCX, or FIT format you should be able to manually upload them to Strava by file from our upload page.

Sincere apologies for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience.

Somewhat predictably my issue has fixed itself out of the blue.....2 days of problems and then resolved! Oh well, at least I am back.

Hi, I can see now that Strava is back in the Mi Fitness App. However, even after synching, my workout yesterday still does not sync to Strava. It's still suck in Mi Fitness.

Fantastic to see my Xoss request to connect to to Strava now went through immediately. However my workout data from xoss are not showing up in Strava.  Do we just wait for the sync process to take place over the the next few hours?

Afternoon all!

Quick question pls: My Strava and Suunto app are connected for one year now without any problem, but the Suunto tour from today is not displayed on Strava. Didn’t find the solution on the Internet, sorry. Both apps are stating they are connected.

Same. Can reconnect thé apps, but no syncing.

👋 Hello!
I've received word that all should be good now. If you have any activities that are not syncing, please reach out to the 3rd party and have them check to see if there are any errors on their side. You can also export those files in GPX, TCX, or FIT format and you should be able to manually upload them to Strava from our upload page.

Hi,

Is this affecting Apple Watch? I did a run about an hour ago on my Apple Watch and it's still remaining in unsynced. I try to sync many times manually and it's not doing anything. The activity was recorded on the Strava Apple Watch App.

Same here. I’m now able to reconnect to Strava via Suunto app, but it’s not pulling any data.

There is no option in Mi Fitness to export via the mentioned file types. Reply isn't that helpful.

It looks like Strava will not sync to the Polar app today. There is no uploads going through.

Hi There,

I have had a similar issue via my Zepp app and as mentioned by scout for the workouts before the issue was solved, you can first save the file on your phone as a GPX, TCX or FIT file. Then click the below link and upload the file.

All should be ok after this and all the workouts since it has been solved should automatically sync, at least it is on mine now.

You need to disconnect and reconnect the Strava app from your fitness tracker (Zepp or the one you're using) data will sync as soon you reconnect it. Worked for me.

Thanks Samsoodeen, this worked and noticed the workouts got pushed through after disconnecting and reconnecting
