Running strava on apple watch at the same time as another app

Hi all
Is there a way i can start a run on my watch but also run another app - in this case its echo heart rate app so i can log the run with strava but just have the echo heart rate zone on screen. When i try i get the workout interuppted message

Thanks for posting about this.  For best results, we recommend not using any other Apps when the Strava App is recording.  Let us know if you have any further questions.
