after downloading the activity to the diet, the segments are displayed, according to the KOM time, but they are not entered in the table of the best and no one else can even see the segment, how is this possible??

I don't know what "diet" is regarding to Strava but if others don't see your segment time it's usually because your activity isn't visible to everyone. If you don't see your segment time it can be due to gps abberations or because the segment is partly in you privacy zone.
