Over the past 3 weeks I've had 3 or 4 instances of the overall time of the run being incorrect. Distance measurement seems to be fine but, as seen in the screenshot below, the last two kms of this run made me appear like a world-class athlete (definitely not the case).

I'm wondering whether this issue is to do with the strava recording or may be something to do with my phone's (Samsung S21) GPS being inaccurate. Some runs the result seems to be okay but these incorrect ones are annoying as they affect my data.

Has anyone had a similar issue?

if the GPS is incorrect, you would probably see that from the map of the run (some unexpected zigzag pattern when you actually ran in a straight line or similar). Here's a detailed article including some recommendations how to prevent this: 


Also, if the map seems to look fine, and the pace is messed up e.g. by incorrectly calculated pauses, you can also try the “correct distance” feature (note, it's not in the mobile app, only on Strava website):
