When I first set up a few months back I had no issues with the sync between pixel watch and Strava. I then got a new phone and nothing syncs. All the permissions are turned on and I've tried a different way by using Fitbit to sync to Strava - still nothing. Any help would be appreciated as I've been paying for a few months now and not been able to use it!

Sorry for the troubles syncing your recent activity recording. Can you please try resyncing the activity?
- Open the Strava App on your watch
- Click on 'Settings' at the bottom of the screen
- Tap the 'Unsynced' button to force sync any unsynced activities
If an activity fails to sync to your Strava account, please ensure you do not have any duplicate recordings. You will need to delete any activities that are already on your account for that date/time.
If this is not the case, please submit a support ticket and a Support Analyst will get in touch to troubleshoot with you.
