Starting january 2 my Suunto app does not synch with strava. Very frustrating! Anybody else with the same problem? Maybe a sollution?!

Hey @Bob Alfrink,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
There has been other Hub members that have experienced the same issue as yourself.

We recommend reaching out to Suunto Support directly for further assistance. As @Jane mentioned in a previous post, we have heard from Suunto that an issue on their end caused delays with syncing activities.

While you reach out and wait for their response, a troubleshooting step you can try is exporting your activities from Suunto then manually uploading to Strava.

Please use the instructions below to export your activity files from the Suunto App:

  1. Open up the Suunto App on your phone and select the activity you want to export.
  2. Select the three vertical dots on the top right, and select "Export FIT file" or "Export GPX workout" (this option will only have GPS and time data though).

  3. Once you select export you will see options to share the downloaded file. (We recommend that you share the files with yourself in a way that you can access the FitFile from a computer as you can only manually upload an activity file from the Strava website.)
  4. Then upload the file to strava.com/upload/select

I hope this helps!
