i have a paid subscription on my app,but my dashboard has an old free account.Whenever i use BKOOL,the data goes to the free dashboard account,and not the paid app account.Can I either delete the free account,or transfer the day from dashboard to my paid account?They seem to both have the same email address

you’ll probably want to merge the accounts. I haven't done this myself yet but there's an article that seems to be quite detailed in explaining how to do it:

If it won't help, you'll probably need to contact Strava Support - as at this community hub, fellow athletes advise/help each other, but we don't have access to accounts. Just a note, the Support team is dealing with a backlog of tickets, so the response time is rather longer these days:
