Does the U18 policy stop automatic image upload from Zwift to Strava? Me and my daughter have identical setups in Zwift. My zwift rides and runs are automatically upploading data, map and images (screen shots). But for my 17 years old daughter does only data and map upload to Strava - all screen shots are visible in Zwift for her.

Does you daughter has an integration that sends the images from Zwift to Strava turned off by any chance?
Is she is still not seeing videos or photos uploaded to her Strava account from Zwift, she can try disconnecting and then reconnecting her Strava and Zwift accounts using the instructions found here. After that, she can confirm that the correct settings are enabled after reconnecting her accounts. If that doesn’t help, we suggest reaching out to Strava Support!
