Hi, whom do I contact to undelete an activity from Today? It was saved on Strava and I delete the wrong post.
If anyone know how to stream from i-watch to i-phone for maps that would be handy too. Then I would not need to run 2 sessions to get my HR.

regarding the accidental deletion of your activity, take a look at this support article: https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/216927877-How-to-Restore-a-Deleted-Activity I'll keep my fingers crossed that the STRAVA support team can help you.
I'm not sure if I got you correctly, but if you want to record an activity with your Apple Watch and use the STRAVA app on the Apple Watch, everything should be saved in your STRAVA account at the end (distance/map data, heart rate, duration...). It is not necessary to track the activity with your iPhone at the same time.
