Today i recorded a virtual 5k run in Strava which should have synced with NYRR site. This counts for the virtual competition i have registered with NYRR. I would like Strava to rectify this issue by syncing the data with NYRR
+26You have to get in contact with someone from this NYRR site so they can have a look why they failed to pull your activities from Strava.
I had the same and contacted Strava support and NYRR and pending a response as to what the technical issues are. Both of my virtual challenges have failed to update and I’ve even unlinked the account with NYRR and reconnected and tried another run but no luck
