Hello,A few years ago, we developed a website at my company to promote a healthy lifestyle through a distance-based competition between departments. However, as I understand that due to recent API policy changes, it's no longer possible to display individual user data to others.Is there a way to create a leaderboard that shows the combined achievements of each department, as well as a global leaderboard showcasing the top participants across all colleagues? Thank you,Imre

Dear Strava Support Team,I am writing to express my frustration as we have reached our athlete limit of 999. Despite my efforts to contact support, I have not received any assistance, and my clients are now experiencing issues connecting, resulting in a 403 error.I had previously attempted to communicate with Strava before reaching this limit, but was advised to wait until we did so. Now that we are at capacity, the lack of response is incredibly frustrating and not user-friendly.Please assist us in resolving this matter as soon as possible.Thank you.

Hi,I am referring to Driving Directions – Strava Support.My route starts from Home, goes through various places, and then ends back at Home.When I follow the instructions in the above link, my navigation app (Google Maps) basically just says I am Home, because the directions are only from the ‘Start location’ to the ‘End location’, which are both Home.Google Maps supports multiple locations. Please could the feature be fixed, such that the multi-point route is also reflected on the Navigation Apps?Many thanks.

We’re not too near to our api limits, but do get close sometimes. Our system is only interested in activities or types of Swim, Bike, Run, or Walking. I don’t think I’ve seen anything, but I was wondering if there was a way to stop Strava webhook from sending e.g. Skiing activities/Paddle Boarding. As querying those only wastes our api limits.

Hi,I would like to integrate and display advanced metrics for Subscription users in our application, such as Fitness Score, Relative Effort, Training Log, etc., to provide a fitness summary, send notifications, predictions, and more.However, I couldn’t find a clear endpoint for this in the documentation. It seems like I might need to retrieve all activities, count their relative effort (which appears to be tied to the `suffer_score`), and then manually calculate the values. But I would expect there to be an easier method.Could you please clarify if there is a more straightforward way to achieve this?Thanks for your help.

Hi Strava team, We have  the 999 Athlete limit and have tried contacting support to request to increase it 200k but we didnt get any update for almost 1month now.Is there a separate contact form or method to get this number increased?Thanks.

Hi!I’m trying to reverse engineer the exact split information from the streams data in the Strava API.  It works OK for most cases, but I’ve noticed that there’s often times a discrepancy between the length of the distance/time array and the exact moving time (ie. the `moving_time` field).  In some cases, the streams data is wildly off.For example, all of the streams for one of my activities have length 2316.  But, the moving time for the activity is 2295.  The distance stream ends with a distance 6589.7, but the `distance` field has value 6586.9.  Is there a reason for the discrepancy in streams data? I submitted a request to increase a couple weeks ago before officially launching but never heard back, so followed up with another email today.Does anyone know the typical turn around time and if requests are accepted? Would love to make sure I have a little buffer so users don’t have a bad experience.Thanks!

Hello Strava Community, My application has reached the 999-athlete connection limit, and I’ve already emailed developers@strava.com to request an increase. However, the limit is causing errors for my users, and it’s taking some time to get a response from Strava support. In the meantime, I’d like to disconnect some inactive athletes to make space for new users. Is there an endpoint or method available to remove specific athletes from the connected list? Thank you for any guidance!

I see on strava status there are problems.  We are facing problems submitting activities via API.  Normally this is very stable for years for us so we are pretty sure strava API has errors.  Anyone else seeing this? 

I have been uploading tcx files for a while and it worked without problems but recently they have stopped working with the very useful “Error processing Data” message.Does anybody know what changed? Or does anybody have an idea on how to debug this?The tcx file is still well formed and valid.

Hi There are some endpoints i am missing in the strava swagger, dont know if those are available. This is the info i want to retrieve: 1 - Power distribution zones - in a workout, there is an option, zone distribution, that displays the power split by the 7 zones  (https://www.strava.com/activities/{id}/zone-distribution 2 - Freshness and fitness, to retrieve fitness, fatigue etc (https://www.strava.com/athlete/fitness) 3 - Weather information (klimat). Although the activity enpdoint displays the temperature, as i have the klimat app enabled, i would like to retrieve that info as well Can you help me to find out how can i access that data please?Thanks 

I have an application integrated to strava api. For some athletes the stats in the API are wrong. Mostly the alltime ride distance, number of rides are way too off.  Interestingly the strava android app is also showing the wrong data when viewed as a follower. But the website is showing correct data. How can this be resolved?

Hello, I'm using the getClubActivities endpoint to keep a tally of individual rides in my club. I would like to limit the response to a certain date, or at least to a certain week (i.e. this week). Is there a way to do this? Getting the date of the activity in the API Response would be enough.  Lastly, I couldn't find info on the units for the time and distance that is returned by the endpoint. I assume it's seconds for time, but not sure for distance.  Any help is appreciated.

Hey, in google sheets, I’m attempting to set up an automated spreadsheet to use a few segment URLs as an input, and provide an output of the segment’s name and also the most recent date ANYONE has completed it. I’ve successfully grabbed the segment’s name, but not sure how to go about getting the most recent completed date. I don’t care at all about the person’s name or time or any personal information - literally just what was the date it was most recently completed. Can anyone offer a good way of doing this via Strava’s API? I have already created an API app as a DataImporter and am using google’s AppsScript editor to aid in this. Thanks for your help and time.

As of about a week ago any workout I have tried to upload to Strava through the API is never being processed. I checked my console log when uploading and I get a response message with a successful response code. The status field states - “Your activity is still being processed.” Here is an example of the response:success({ "activity_id" = "<null>"; error = "<null>"; "external_id" = "jtw_673D5484-C0C2-40E0-B726-B6E04C98BE86.fit"; id = 13724712499; "id_str" = 13724712499; status = "Your activity is still being processed.";})When I try to manually upload the same FIT file through my profile it begins “analyzing” the file, but never completes. Hi Strava Support,I am facing one issue for a bunch of athletes in my team with the API for last few days. Its not happening for every athlete, just hand full. My rest api call for stats is not returning data for the ytd_run_totals . This was working earlier for couple of years now.
