It there a way to faster refund??? I really really need the money, i already submitted a email and talked to ur bot still nothing i really really need your help

When completing a run and when I get my results I now can see distance, elevation, moving time, average pace, power and average gap. whereas before I was able to see calories and average heart rate with the first 4 which id much rather. As the power means nothing and the gap I can see if I click in but now I can’t see calories at all.  how do I change this back to showing calories and heart rate rather than power and gap. 

as of 14/01/25its been 2 weeks i never got any human response….??

I am unable to make posts. When I click post it goes away as if I created a post but when I look under my posts there is nothing there. 

My coach shared the run we did this morning to add to my Strava profile. As of yet it has not been added.What could be the problem?

Advice soughti have the free Stava account, no subscriptions. can I obtain my total distance for all activities (I only use it to collate my walks). Or is this something you have to pay for?advice keenly sought!TIARuss

I've been a paid subscriber since 2016, and unlike all the people who complain about a lack of features in the free account, I see a real value in Strava that I'm perfectly happy to pay for. That being said, I believe that premium users should have more control over their Strava experience than free users. One of the benefits of a premium membership should be the ability to filter the feed to see only the kinds of activities that I want to see and to ignore all the junk that I don't care about. I want to be able to see real outdoor bike rides and runs along with very little else. I don't want to see everytime someone walks their dog around the block or mows the grass, and I especially don't want to see pretend video game bike rides. Looking back through the list of feature requests in this forum, feed filtering is at or near the top of the list of things Strava users want most. Make this a feature of the premium subscription and you will probably have more people willing to pay for

I have a Arboleaf scale that automatically sends my weight to Apple Health which automatically updates other apps. Can you make it so that Strava automatically pulls my weight from Apple Health so I don't have to update it manually?

Hi everyone,Strava’s competitive and athletic features attract cheaters and fraudsters. We constantly encounter cases where segments are completed using cars, motorcycles, e-bikes, and other tricks. What’s even more surprising is that Strava allows uploading any tracks, which are essentially text files with XML markup, without any validation.To prove my point, here’s an example of a website that lets you “speed up” your own (or even someone else’s) track, making the result indistinguishable from a real activity: https://starva.duckdns.org/Try it yourself and see—there’s no protection in place. Meanwhile, you’ve disabled FlyBy by default and keep cutting features in the free (non-subscription) version. Wouldn’t it make more sense to focus on tackling cheaters?

Hello, I emailed on the first of January to request a refund for my 2025 subscription. I forgot it would auto renew on the first.  I followed the instructions recieved and provided all information required. I recieved an auto generated email back saying staff are on holiday and responses are taking longer over the festive period.  My ticket number is #3182322 - I recieved no response until today when I recieved another automated email saying “We haven't heard back from you since our initial reply, so we hope our suggestions were able to help you with your ticket #3182322. If we haven't been able to resolve your issue, question or feedback, please reply in the next 24 hours to re-open this ticket.” I have responded but I am worried I will again receive no response and once past 14 days I will not be able to receive a refund. Pleas

Let users categorize activities as “backpacking”. Carrying a heavier bag with overnight gear on multi-day outings leads to a slow pace but high exertion level. Distinguishing these from hikes would be great

The website lets us filter saved routes by distances up to 50 miles. I rarely ride less than 50 miles. I have many routes of 60, 70, 80, 90, and 100+ miles. The mileage filter needs to not stop at 50. I’d say go up to 150.The cell phone app has no saved route filter at all. Add a distance filter for saved routes on the phone app. And of course make it go up to at least 150 miles in increments of 10 miles.

I’d love to see cold plunge, sauna and steam bath as three recovery event type. Being able to record duration, temperature, and heart rate would be awesome. Thank you. 

It would be very useful to be able to place routes into folders. I have quite a few routes set up, both for riding around my home range and for trips I have planned. It would be great to organize them into related folders or groups.  When planning a route,  the blue dots where pictures have been taken are awkward to work around. Sometimes they expand on their own and won’t go away, obscuring a feature you’d like to see. Other times you can’t get them to expand even when you do want to see them, because placing the cursor over them generates the “place waypoint/end route here” prompt. Ideally they would remain closed as the default, but would be accessible any time you placed the cursor over them. It would be far easier to simply move the cursor to a nearby spot if you truly wanted to place a waypoint or terminate the route than it is to work with things as they are now. 

Please come up with some more group challenge options. At the moment its very limited. 

For the last 3 years I’ve created a challenge for my friend group (both individual and group). One year it was to run 1000 miles (individual challenge), another year was to complete 1000 hours of activity (individual challenge), and this last year was to run/walk/bike/board/etc the circumference of the globe (group challenge). Goals are limited to time and distance. I would love to have more options to create those challenges. For example, the most PRs in a year, the most different activities participated in a year, the longest streaks in a year, etc. 

Sometimes we forget to pause, and sometime auto-pause just doesn’t work (i.e. when you are in a building). You are in the middle of a large ride or run, and now there is an ugly spot on your heatmap. What do you do?Similar to how we have the option to crop and split, I suggest adding a new feature to the same interface which allows merging movements between two timestamps to a single point - on condition that the before-and-after GPS points are not far apart.Example scenario:I cycle from A to C, and enroute I enter a building B, and forget to pause Strava. This causes an ugly clutter on the Strava Map for the entirety of my stay in that building.Lets say I left A at 1pm, visited the building from 1:45pm to 2pm, and then reached C at 3pm. I would like to merge/consolidate all the gitters/moves on the map from 1:45pm to 2pm to a single point - effectively making it look like I had 'paused' Strava from 1:45pm to 2pm.

Picture the scene. Its a nice day, the sun is out, the sky is blue…. so you go for a run, ride, swim etc…  You are having such a great time, smashing PR’s you get distracted and end up being out much longer than expected, or hit a technical issue….  unfortunately, your colleague/boss  follows you, but you did this activity in work time, maybe when working from home? Or maybe you do GPS art and something was not suitable for your colleague/boss etc to see. I want to be able to hide an activity from a specific follower or followers. I cant see how to do this, so assume it is not possible yet. Its a really useful feature.

Sometimes we do a more than one day activity, like Camino de Santiago or the Deo Kato long run from Cape Town to London or similar.. It would be nice that a more then one day activity could be visualized as a “particular activity” always on top as soon as we decide to finish it, that merge, day by day, all the activity uploaded in a sort of single thread.Also would be perfect to include a single map with the continuous trace for all the activity. This would be only a “better view” but the statistic are always kept by the single activity uploaded. I also suggest to keep the possibility to view all the single activity expanding the principal aggregated view.Efrem

My apologies if this has been covered extensively, but it’s hard to search for the exact phrasing. It seems that with the major updates several months ago the heatmaps now only use data from a much shorter period of time (13 months?). It seems that the heatmap used to include data from a longer time period. I know others have proposed being able to alter the opacity for specific time periods. I specifically would find it very useful to be able to include an “all time” look back, or period of at least 10 years. I realize that for urban users the heat map can get quite crowded, but with recent updates the heatmap has become dramatically less useful in rural areas. There just isn’t enough data from a single year. It’s the only thing I pay for strava for and it’s no longer terribly useful.While we’re at it - layering multiple activities on the heatmap would be useful. It’s nice to be able to differentiate, but it would also be helpful sometimes to layer two different activ

In the global heatmap view it is currently possible to select some combinations such as “All Sports” or “All Foot Sports”.  In the route planner the heatmap (personal and global) is only displayed for the type of activity being created e.g. “Run” or “Trail Run”.  Can we please have a similar menu added to the route planner?  It’s helpful to be able to get a good view of all the places you have been before while plotting a new route. 

Could be fun to add a feature linking to spotify or apple music where you can see what your friends are listening to on their runs or let you share what you are listening to on the activities bit. 

Hi there - would he handy to be able to set arbitrary goals in terms of duration. At the moment we can set weekly, monthly and annual goals which are essentially fixed date durations. I’d like to be able to set arbitrary or custom dates for goals, for example January 1 to December 1, or August 5th to November 3rd. Many thanks!

Custom challenges are quite cumbersome currently.  It is a PAID MEMBERSHIP only feature, yet it’s very challenging and frustrating to use since you can only find them by digging down several levels manually (too many clicks required!) from the HOME → GROUPS → ACTIVE tab and there is no way to share or post about the leaderboards within CLUBS or websites.If there was a way to actually VIEW and SHARE the ACTIVE custom challenges, then as a CLUB leader / influencer, I could better promote and refer many, many more athletes to STRAVA PREMIUM PAID MEMBERSHIPS so this would seem like a big no-brainer for STRAVA to invest some energy into developing further!SHARE LINK - Make the leaderboards share-able via a link to encourage non-premium members to become premium members!  Let us post about challenges within club POSTS sections and ideally other social media platforms more easily too!   EMBED - make the leade
