TRANSLATION:I can't view the events that have been created within a group and it happens to all of them. No puedo visualizar los eventos que han creado dentro de un grupo y me ocurre con todos.

I am extremely annoyed and disappointed by how support teams is handling  my request. I purchased a subscription for a family plan to share with my cycling buddies.something went wrong and the person in charge of the ticket is just going in a loop to avoid fixing the problem.I paid for the subscription and my friends cannot join most likely for a glitch in the system.but the guy in charge of the ticket (his name is Hans) is replying every 2-3 days and doing nothing.he asked that each member of the plan should open a separate ticket and still not doing anything. Just buying time before going on vacation I guess.Is it possibile to escalate my case ?time is clicking for a paid subscription that my friends cannot use and I really feel hopeless that this will be fixed.   

I have been unsuccessful with the chat bots, the support tickets that don’t answer questions.   I have duplicate accounts linked to the same email, meaning the first part before the @ are the same.  one of the emails ends in gmail.com and the other is the googlemail.com which in Strava appear as different emails, but link to the same account.  I want to keep the email ending in gmail.com and transfer it to the account I actually use.  I then want to delete the other account and still be able to use my email for strava.  The issue and reasonable solution is to go in and change the email in the account I want to delete, but every attempt of doing that locks the account up.  Since strava doesn’t have any human CS agents I’m afraid if I do the delete account it could delete both accounts, or not allow me to use the email any further.  beyond frustrated with Strava.  so wish there was an alternative out there.  

Purchased a Gift Subscrition for a friend that i never recieved - strava has done absolutely nothing to help the fact! This is like my last resort posting here - haven’t received any response on any support feed and have already paid for the subscription in full! Is there anything I can do at this point?? Coming to terms with the fact that I just have to take the $80 loss at this point

Hello there!I know this might sound petty, but Unfortunately, my Year In Sport is discrediting me nearly 100K’ of vert, and over 50 activities and I'm really understanding how and where this has happened. Its not just a little, its a lot. Does YIS constantly update? Anyway to reconcile this?Any help would be appreciated!Thank you!Mike  

May I suggest you add one (or two) extra categories for ‘type of ride’ (for cycling)? Currently the choices are: workout / race / commute. However, I frequently have days where I am using my bike to shop, run errands, and get around town etc… , which are quite different to rides where I commute. Perhaps ‘utility ride’ might suffice to cover those types of activity? Thanks

I would love to see Flybys also integrated in the STRAVA app. I guess the app is the most used interface to the STRAVA data. Everyone has their mobile phone always available. Wouldn't it be great if I could check my flybys quickly and without a computer while I'm on the road?

Hi everyone,Padel is growing in popularity worldwide, and here in Spain, it’s already one of the most played sports.Currently, on my Suunto 9 Peak, I can select "Padel" when starting a match. However, when syncing with Strava, the activity is categorized as a generic "Workout"I’d like to suggest adding a dedicated "Padel" category in Strava. Alternatively, a broader option like "Other Racket Sports" could work too, encompassing sports like Padel, Squash, and Pickleball. Thanks for considering this!  

A year ago, it was brought up that it would be great to integrate Orange Theory with Strava.  Can we reintroduce the idea?  There are over 1200 OT gyms in the US.  Many of us would really like to be tracking all of our exercise in one place instead of piecemeal.

Dear Strava,                     I have made my account public and never did I go private. I have been a loyal premium subscriber for over 3 years, and today I can’t even make any posts nor share my runs or add links to my Strava account/posts, This has been very disappointing considering that I have never received an email stating that I violated their terms of service in the past few days. I have never said anything hurtful or anything of that sort. I tried deleting the app and restarting my phone, but none of it works. Can you please fix this? Bug Report - Noticed that one user had a different number of rides listed (6) than showed up on the Leaderboard page (5) … and the summary of the elevation and distance was off by … you guessed it … that one ride.  That ride happened to be the third ride (Virtual- Rouvy) of the day for that user. Not the second of three or first of three, but third ride of three. All other attributes of that activity appeared in order, and they were summed properly on that user’s “Training Log” and “progress tab”.  Is it possible that only two activities of one type are aggregated?

Instead of the average pace being shown when recording a run, show the current pace. Or at least make it an option.

My university is trying to improve their Bike Friendly University rating. We would like to be able to compete with other participating universities (particularly Big 12 organizations) to entice friendly competition across college campuses.  From what I've gathered, this is not a feature that your platform offers. Creating a challenge that is specific to college campuses could greatly encourage students to bike more and would increase the traffic to your platform, getting young adults more involved in Strava. A challenge like this could track carbon footprint by displaying emissions that users are avoiding by riding or walking around their campus. The primary sport on profiles only offer two choices: running and cycling. Please could Swimming be added, and I’m sure, many other options would be suitable too. 

I find it surprising how orienteering is still not an activity available on Strava, with hundreds of thousands of athletes. Even on Strava there is an Orienteering group with more than 9,000 followers.Although there is already another thread with the same request, I am recovering it again to see if this issue gains support again. I'm sure there would be quite a few people recording this activity, and it would be a great detail to have this possibility on Strava.

Would it be possible to add a data for bike's rides ? I thought about a ratio calculate with distance divided by elevation gain. For exemple if we have 2 000 D+ for 100km the ratio is 2 D+ per km ? And if we have a ratio of 3 it is harder than 0,5.  Yours sincerally. 

Not in a month or a year but when i do that much times a segment so that i reach 8884 altitude meters on that segment I would receive a kind of new badge (such als local hero) Everest Hero 

The Strava community is filled with athletes combining running and biking into single, dynamic sessions—whether for duathlon training, brick workouts, or adventure days mixing trails and roads. Adding "Run and Bike" as a sport would better reflect these hybrid activities. Ideally, sporters could determine when they were on the bike, when by foot and when uncertain. This combination mechanism could also extend to other sports, like triathlon? As you would not need anymore to start a new activity between cycling and running.

Hello everyone. I have an idea for the past months and I really want to share my ideas and maybe get in contact with the strava team. I think for every triathlete who did a race or multisport event, it is just not esthetical to see all the different strava activities on the feed from the swim, bike and run until all the transitions. It is a lot of activities that pops up on everyones strava feed and just not well organised. Isn’t it an idea to make the multisport race just as one activity in the strava feed for everyone and make the possibility to click on the activity where you can see all the details and times for each sport that is done on that race. It’s nice for everyone who loves the data and can see everything on 1 place and it’s nice for everyone who doesn’t know anything about multisports and can see the race in 1 activity. Maybe it’s already an idea that is in progress or this is just not an attainable idea? Please let me know what you guys think from it and if anyone foll

I LOVE keeping up to date with my stats-- adding races, etc. Unfortunately, there is only swim, cycling, running, and walking options.  Can we get triathlons added to the mix? I’d love to proudly show off my stats there, since I am primarily a triathlete.
