[RESOLVED] Peloton Bike, Bike+, Tread and Rower activities not syncing to Strava

Sorry to hear of the issue!  We are aware of an existing problem where some activities from the Peloton App are not syncing through to Strava.  You can find out more, and subscribe to updates here.

It sounds like you may experiencing a different problem, if activities recorded on your Peloton bike (not App) are failing to sync to Strava, try resyncing the activity:

• Go into your workout history on the Peloton bike tablet
• Click on a prior activity >> click the share button.

If that doesn't help, please submit a support ticket and someone from our Support Team will be in touch to troubleshoot with you.

Same exact thing just happened to me this morning. My rides earlier in the week synced just fine from the bike to Strava but the one I just did this morning did not. I also disconnected from Strava on my bike and reconnected and tried it again, and it still won’t sync.

I have the same issue. Activities synced with Strava until last week without any issues, but today's does not sync anymore. I tried reconnecting the accounts and manually sharing with Strava to no avail. 

Same issue this morning, Bike+, 3 workouts did not sync to Strava. Worked fine on Monday and Tuesday.  

Same. No issues syncing Peloton Bike+ until this morning. 

Also row workouts are not syncing as well.

My workout has suddenly appeared on Strava within last half hour without me doing anything 

Mine just showed up as well, 6 hours later

Peloton bike not synching with my Strava 21 Mar 2023 15:28 ET. Last synched with Peloton yesterday at 23:58. Peloton bike software version is up to date (2.6.2157.2062157). I've logged off Strava and Peloton and logged back in and no synching. I've disconnected Strava and reconnected three times and still not synching.

Mine just showed up as well - 7 hours after my workout. 

Me too....mine just randomly posted....

Mine still have not shown up from this morning 

Same issue. Suddenly stopped syncing from bike to strava today.

Same issue on a ride 3 hours ago. Before finding this thread I did the usual log-in/out/reconnect accounts etc. and attempted several times to re-publish to Strava directly on the bike’s tablet in Workout History. At approx 3 hours later my ride sync’d and now shows in Strava.

I’m seeing the same issue. Just took a ride and it’s not synching.

I am having the same issues with Peloton and Apple Health. I have deleted Strava from all devices and added back, logged out and in, refreshed on WiFi and off… nothing.

I did two rides today. My first one uploaded to Strava. My Peloton let me know there was a software update after the ride and I did it. Later I did a second ride. My second ride did not get uploaded to strava. I even tried to share it directly through Peloton to Strava and nothing. My assumption is that it's due to the software update. I would check to see if an update was done on your Peloton right before the issues started. Then we could confirm 100% that it's the Peloton update that caused the issue. 

I am currently experiencing the same issue. I took a ride yesterday at 17:41 and it synced fine. Today my ride did not sync, even after signing in and out, updating the app, resetting the bike and manual attempts to upload the activity to the app. 

I also did a Peloton update today and am wondering if the update affected the ability to sync to Strava. I ended up making a manual activity in Strava where I added the miles and timing of the ride. Pretty frustrating to not have the other stats. Like others, I did all the obvious reinstalls of apps, etc. Wonder if it’s a Peloton issue as well.

I had the same issue after the last update yesterday. Nothing syncing from the bike right now despite resetting everything I could think of. It worked fine from the phone on just the app the day before when I wasn't at home, so feels like a Peloton device issue
