Every ride shows “Type of Ride” as “Commute” by default.  How do I turn that off? None of my rides are “Commute”

I've been biking the same trails with my chocolate buddy. All the same trails. Today I got a local legend status and he did not. Why did my smooth mocha friend get overlooked?

Would it be possible to introduce a time filter to heatmaps so that trails that fall out of favour fade out?I live in an area surrounded by forests and use the heatmap facility extensively to find new routes to run / cycle off the main fire trails. However, due to forestry work over recent months and years and the inaccessibility of some routes due to tree growth, this has become an increasingly unreliable way to plan a run - routes that were popular can now no-longer be navigated.I would propose at least a 12-month rolling filter (a bit like the rolling 90-days for local legend) to ensure that all seasons are captured.

I earned a Trophy yesterday. That Trophy shows in my cabinet on my profile. But didn’t / doesn’t show against the activity where I earned it - as it always usually does. I wondered if it was a blip in the system….. Today I’ve completed the ‘February Walk 50k’ Challenge. And infact earned another Trophy today. Again they are  showing in my Cabinet / Trophies earned. But didn’t ever / doesn’t show against todays activity that earned it and took me over the 50k. Ive looked through all my settings (App and full web version). And even un-joined and re-joined both Challenges. I got re-notified I’d completed both these challenges. But it didn’t change the Trophies not showing against todays ac

I just signed up for the premium plan. I do indoor cycling which I do on and off throughout the day, 10 minutes here, 25 there, etc. Is there a way at a glance to see my total time for the day? Thanks!

I note the new "quick upload" feature on Android app.I'd like the option for it always to default to "advanced edit" as I always add additional information not available in the "quick upload." Thanks

I’m sure it would be tough to have Strava automatically remove rest times from overall pace (one man’s rest might be another man’s workout), but Strava should allow me to identify rest “segments” in my uploaded workout.  Strava can then ignore them when calculating pace and give me a true average pace.  Example, I run 8x800m with 1 min standing rest - Strava will mark my pace as slower because of the 8 minutes of standing rest.  When we mark the type of run as “workout” I would think Strava could account for rests.  Even better would be for Strava to put my splits on the main workout overview instead of having to drill into the workout.  

I’ve now lost access to my account I’m paying subscription for and Strava won’t respond to me! I can see my profile. Every time I change the email or delete the blank account and try and log back in it creates a new one. Very frustrating when you’re wasting money on a subscription and not tracking progress. Not having any response to this where other companies would resolve immediately especially for paying customers is shocking.  This customer experience has put me off using Strava all together. 

There needs to be a method to reset all elevation data, updating a single ride in the app isn’t practical. I have years worth of incorrect elevation data due to a faulty GPS 

Setting a new PB or top 3 is a really exciting thing, but why are there so few categories? Something below .25 Mile would be useful for sprint sessions. Also having nothing between a 5k and a 10k run (could be 4 or 5 mile Best Effort) is kind of wild. Additionally more categories in the higher mileage range would be quite helpful as well like 7 mile, 8 mile, 15 mile etc. The more the merrier after all.

As a Member of a Club I would like to invite so many athletes at once as I want and not be restricted by App to do so because of the limit.

As an App User I would like to zoom-in photos in „Posts“ section the same way as in „Activities“ section, so that I can better see them.

My strava app on iOS has a bug giving me issues. My speed and km remain at 0:00 throughout the activity, and then after the activity strava posts a wildly inaccurate map and distance, for example I did a 12mins walk and it showed 0.09km and 45s time, also he map looks so weird and not accurate. I have done everything; location services are turned on too, I’ve uninstalled and installed strava thrice, my ios is updated to the current version, I dont know what else to do, all my walks or runs are donew outside with the clear sky, other apps that uses map are working fine with my phone, this has been happening for the past 1 It's so frustrating. Help

As an App User I would like to follow so many athletes as I want and not be blocked for 24 hours by App to do so because of the limit.

I just very recently gave up using my paper logbook habit (of 45ish years).  I do really like the Strava Training Log, however I would like to be able to record significant events that impact my training, as I am used to doing with my non-electronic logbooks.   Would you consider adding Training Log activities for Illness,  Injury and possibly other categories?    I miss being able to track these things as I used to do with my paper logs.  Also, it’s a little discouraging when the Relative Weekly Effort just says “below weekly range”  and I’m not able to record a reason why.Thanks for considering this idea,Carol Lewis

A recent change to the strava UI has removed the kudos button from activities when I access them from 2 places:The notifications page: A notification says “your friend x completed an activity, time for some kudos” and I click the activity and there is no kudos button Athletes in this group: After I do a group ride I would like to click into my friend’s rides and see their pictures and then give them kudos but the kudos button is gone. Could use the Shake feature to deliver all kudos at once but sometimes I don’t want to send kudos to strangers in the group ride

To help me with the preventive mechanical review of the bike, it will be good to add the My Gear area and the total hours per equipment.See the picture 

Could be nice to have for the Club a list of the KOM caught by the participants of the club.

Until now, I have been uploading screenshots in PNG format to my activities, but for the past few days, the images have been stuck in processing.Is this happening to anyone else?   Pixel 9 Pro XL - Android 15 - versión 399.8

In addition to adding photos and videos to completed activities, I suggest the ability to add music. I have noticed that Spotify and Strava have integrated with the app to provide music during an activity. However, it would be much appreciated to have the opportunity to share music afterwards as well. That one song that may have helped in the last mile, or wanting to share the song that explains how the run went. Many people already share screenshots of songs and lyrics therefore an upgrade within the app to select music is an idea to consider. Thank you for your time, I hope this will be looked at soon! 

Dear Strava Support Team, I am writing to express my concern and seek for assistance, as the subscription fee was deducted from my GCash account worth P1,500 through Apple services without prior notification. Upon checking on your Terms and Conditions Support page online, it was stated that we are entitled to get a refund as long as the cancellation was done within 48 hours. Luckily, I immediately cancelled the subscription the time I knew I was renewed. I kindly request your immediate assistance in processing my refund. Hello I m trying to find out if there is a way to check total khm of my club members.Since challenge is only pay to join i have invited my friends to a club to challenge each other but i want to make it yearly not every week. Is there any way to do that?

Cuando una actividad se encuentra conectado el sensor de frecuencia cardíaca sin embargo no muestra la frecuencia en vivo. Translation: “When an activity is connected the heart rate sensor however does not show the live rate.” 

Doesn't happen on all maps, but most are zoomed out when you want to view them, and only way to see route is by a flyby - not very helpful. This has been since the last main update.When's it going to be resolved?
