When is Strava enabling Two-factor authentication (2FA)?

How long does it take to hear back from strava support to change my profile country between Canada & the US? Support ticket has been open for almost a month with no response. 

Hi I have 2 Strava profiles. The first profile I created gave me full access & I pay the subscription fee.  I then created a second profile as I couldn’t access my first one (forgotten password) which has all my activities and up to date info.   How do I combine the two profiles without losing all my activities logged,  so that I get full use/access to the account which I’m paying for? 

Is it possible to change to the previous layout in the Strava app? The new version is beyond terrible. It’s juat another thing I don’t want, like the ‘athlete intelligence’ nonsense.

Just wanted people to know be careful of a man on Strava by the name of Micheal Sepulveda, also goes by Robert Sepulveda on facebook and messenger. This is nothing more than a romance scam. He claims to be in the military and will give you a sob story about how he shouldn’t be messaging you because he’ll get into big trouble if he’s found out. Also claims how lost his parents in tragic accident and his wife cheated on him and left his 2 kids with him, none of this is true. I didn’t have a good feeling about this situation, because he professed his love shortly into messaging, so l decided to google his name and realized that his image had been stolen and also there is YouTube videos on the real Robert Sepulveda talking about how his image had been stolen.

Hi I need help… I tried emailing, tweeting. Even submitted a ticket. Still no response.  I signed up Strava account using Apple ID using facial id recognition. And I would like to change my email address yet I’m not been able to because I need a password to be sent to my email address to follow the instructions. But I wasn’t given a password when I signed up Strava using Apple login. I didn’t realise it’d give me a different email address that you provided. Had I know it wasn’t gonna use my email address to login as it’s what I used my iCloud etc I would’ve signed up using the email instead of Apple login and given some random email that was provided by you.  please please respond, as I don’t know how long this customer service is taking.   

Please help. I have a Strava account. Workouts from the watch and bike computer are uploaded to my Stava account. But. Someone hacked into my e-mail account and changed my password - I had to set up a new e-mail address. I can't log in to my Strava account because I don't remember the password because I was logged in on all devices and the devices remembered the password. I can't log in from the new device. How to change the email address on your Strava account so that the password reset email will be sent to the new address. I only have access to my Stava account on an old mobile phone, which still remembers my password and does not require me to enter it. Is there a Strava support email address I could write to directly? Please help.

Hello everyone, I have recently got myself a bluetooth cadence monitor for my bike. Is there an ETA of when I can expect the Strava app will be able to add this device to my account. I have connected heart monitor, but there isn't a cycling cadence option.

From time to time I find out that some of segments that I competed on in the past become hidden. At first it looks like these segments simply vanish. Then, I manage to find a past activity where I remember using the segment, I usually find those segments being hidden.Let’s take this segment for an example: https://www.strava.com/segments/7302268There are no other duplicating segments. The segment GPS quality is decent. The last time I ran there I get a segment PR. There is simply no reason for me to want this segment be hidden. But here we go - this is yet another example of that happening. Why does that happen and how we can prevent that? If the answer that we should star segments to prevent them from being hidden, unfortunately that isn’t possible in many cases because starring a segment also marks it for download as a live segment and most devices suppo

Fastest and simplest way to improve segments features

The tool to create Segments seems to have been slightly changed today.  A couple of small points…When creating Segments I zoom in quite tightly to more accurately see the start and end points.  It used to be that if I switched between tweaking the Start or End points, the map would automatically recentre itself, which was fine.  This no longer happens, which means I have to zoom out, moves to the start or end and zoom in again, which is a little tedious.  Can we please have the old functionality back. The map showing the new Segment has blue and red colours to show what is included and excluded in the new Segment, as well as green and red markers to show the start and end points.  With the modified Create page there is now an offset between the green/red markers and the interface between the blue and red line colours, which is confusing and makes it difficult to accurately build a Segment.  Can this part of the design be reverted to the previous version which wo

I love Strava, but have found this weeks UK android app updates a real backwards step. I use Strava as my social media for keeping in touch with family, etc. I like to attach photos and add descriptions to them. Since the update it seems harder to view photos and descriptions assigned to them are not easily visible. I also had the issue of deleting the entire activity when trying to delete a photo. Are others enjoying the update or like me finding it a distinctly backwards step? Cheers.

Hello All i just wonder maybe i do something wrong but experience strange scenario after import activity to strava from GPX file. So, i use Garmin BaseCamp app to export my Hike i export two file (two different hikes). After import ot Strava as activity  using Win11 and web Strava  page one activity populate all info like time details,  heart rate, elevation details where second activity missing this data and populate as value 0.i don’t see differences in GPX file all values are there , when i import to app like: alltrails or garmin connect all values are there after import.What can be a reason of this behavior , any Idea?

The activity details used to contain a section where it would usually say "Fitness increased" and you could tap into it and see the Fitness trend over time. That appears to have been removed, could someone confirm please?

Hey all. Anyone know if you can add notes or suggestions to another users saved segment? Thinking specifically in case of when a trail running track is overgrown and inaccessible for example. Would be great to k ow beforehand when planning a route and researching segments. Cheers

I have been unable to upload photos from my iPhone to my Strava activities for the last two weeks. No change in size of photos or what I’m doing. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi Strava community 😀For a while now the activity map is white. The trail is red and visible as usual but the map is gone. If I open the activity and change to the map it is just like it supposed to be. This isn't just my own activities, it's the same for all the activities in my flow. The problem is just in the app not the website. Thanks for all answers/Mikael Ros

I just discovered that Strava apparently does not provide heart rate analysis for some activities (ie Walking, Hiking). I got a sweet new Garmin Epix Gen 2 and went for a hike only to see only a barebones heart data graph in my Strava app and the web page. There is no deeper analysis like HR zones or even HR max or avg. Is there a chart somewhere that shows what kind of analysis is available for each activity type?While walking and hiking activities might not be as intense cardio activities as mountain biking or running, when you walk or hike up mountains and hills, your HR can get up there!

With the latest Android update, I am unable to see the map behind my activity track when I tap on any particular activity.The map is visible in the list of activities, but disappears when I select an activity, leaving the track floating on a white background. It's happening with two different devices.Is this intentional?

Hi,I recently purchased a CMF smartwatch, the CMF Watch Pro, but when trying to link my CMF app with Strava, I get the error 403: "The limit of connected athletes has been exceeded," and it doesn't allow me to complete the connection. How can I resolve this issue?Thank you.

I’m using the Strava app using Firefox on a Windows laptop.I have created a numder of different stages on different activities.I’m getting this message on seperate activities, couldn’t find any more issues or duplicates i.e. Titles are not duplcates.

It appears with the new heatmap update(?) that the feature of being able to see a personal heatmap overlay when looking at the ride/run of someone else has been removed. Perhaps I'm mistaken? If this is no longer available it is a big loss! I hope it will be restored!Being able to see where someone has been and where I've been nearby is a great feature. I hope it hasn't been lost for long!Thank you!

Everyone in our area who does competitive track uses Strava.  All these athletes compete in 800m and some in distances as short as 400m, 200m, and 100m.  Please add these to the PR section.
