Strava browser web view is archaic and hasn’t changed in 10 years or more!Does Strava have any plans to update this view and make it match the more modern Android app data display? How do I make heart data always display in web view? Mousing over the graph below the map in webview is the only way to obtain certain data, such as the current BPM or the starting/ending minimum heights.  However, the resolution is poor, with a spacing between data points of about 15 seconds.  This is unacceptable. 4. When mousing in webview, it is difficult to control the mouse in small increments.  Should be able to use the cursor keys to move left/right in 1 second increments. Splits should show average and max BPM, if available. Webview shows the moving time and pace but not the average speed. “Elevation” should be changed to “elevation gained”, otherwise people might confuse the number with max elevation.

Hi there! I have a JustGiving fundraising page and I’ve connected my Strava app, but it does not show on my page. It says “paused” then it says to “manage Strava settings”, so I do so, and select the activities I want to show and then each time it “failed to save settings”. I’ve even tried to disconnect and reconnect Strava but nothing helps.  any help is appreciated as I’m training for a half marathon and would love for my Strava to be connected!

If an activity’s visibility is set to “Followers”, when I mention an user, who is not a follower, do they get an information that they got mentioned? I suppose: yes.But does this overrule the activity visibility setting for this mentioned user as well? I suppose: no So, these users get notificated, but cannot see the activity, right?

Hello!How long it would take to request for refund? I accidentally paid for annual subscription instead of monthly today, February 3, 2025. I already submitted a ticket, but I didn't recieve any emails or notification yet. I want to take back my money on or before February 17 because if if reaches beyond that timeframe, it would be impossible for me to refund those. Please help me for as it is the only money left on my e-wallet and it is use for school. I'm hoping they would consider this problem. And please, someone who can reply to this matter? Thank you!

I’ve only just managed to record my first ever sub 40min 10k and yet Strava is showing it as being my 2nd best time? I’ve no idea what has set my PB but it’s definitely wrong. My last run was definitely the quickest I’ve run 10k in.

I am going to cycle 350 kilometres in a route that is 500 kilometres. I will cycle 70 km and 30 km in a car, another 70 on the bike and 30 in a car and so on. Can I get this on strava in one ride or do i need to upload each 70 km?

Strava is displaying a far more slower average speed than it actually is. On a 5km 32 minutes run it shows an average speed of 6.2 km/hr. This should be 9.4 km/hr

I’m trying to find out if it is possible to correct a route you have made in the computer but failed to follow exactly due for example temorary roadworks. Or you inadvertently turned into the wrong street and had to back up. How can you remove those ‘tails’ from your route after the route was saved in strava? 

Received the 2023 Strava water bottle with all my mountain bike accomplishments printed on it. Just received the 2024 Strava water bottle with nothing but Strava on it. Was looking forward to sporting the past years log but I guess not.

Hey, team!I am a good fan of the app and ride year round.  Keep up the good work!When I ride in France or Scotland, I see spectators on the side of the road.  It’s cool to see that interaction.  I think it would be cool if you could, an given intervals, have a group of cyclists on the side of the road changing a flat.  All cyclists know the pain of changing a flat.  I think it would be a jazzy add on for the faithful.Happy trails and keep pushin’ the pedals!Carlton T. Hey Guys, a few days ago, I created a new passwort and have logged out from the strava app. When I logged in again, my account was empty and all the activities from the last years were gone. I requested the strava support but nobody answered or helped me. Do anyone tell me what to do or how long does it take, that strava support answer and help me? 

Please add possibility to sync activities uploaded to the Apple Health app from a third party sources. It can be not automatic, at least make it possible in manual mode from “manage apps and devices” page.I use Footpath app on Apple Watch for my hikes because it provides much better outdoor navigation than Apple workout app an I want to have an option for convenient sync it to Strava without exporting/importing file. Other apps like Komoot and Relive have no issues with read and import this activities.

Is there a way to set a group challenge to have members walk 1 mile everyday for a month?This is what Google is showing me:Access the Group Challenge feature: Go to the "Groups" tab on the Strava app.  Set the Challenge Goal: Select "Distance" as the goal type.  Define the Daily Distance: Set the daily distance to 1 mile.  Choose the Duration: Set the challenge to last for a month.  Invite Group Members: Add your friends or colleagues to the group challenge. The problem with this is that I cannot figure out how to set a “daily distance.”  When I’m selecting the distance, and putting in “1 mile” it’s making it seem like 1 mile is the total goal rather than a daily goal
