It would be great if all gear could have its own identity profile in Strava, such that if we borrow or rent gear we can tag an activity to a specific bike wether we own it or not.  Feature would also alow us to buy/sell/transfer gear from one user to another, so when we buy a used bike we have its history.

Best Efforts---- Should have a 3-month reset AND an all-time best Efforts, because as we age, we can't keep competing against a stronger, younger version of ourselves, It will be a better way to stay motivated by hitting some daily medals over a 3-month period. This is more for the people that are older but want to see and chase some more realistic times of our current age and fitness levels. 👍

Dear Strava Support Team, I am writing to express my concern and seek for assistance, as the subscription fee was deducted from my GCash account worth P1,500 through Apple services without prior notification. Upon checking on your Terms and Conditions Support page online, it was stated that we are entitled to get a refund as long as the cancellation was done within 48 hours. Luckily, I immediately cancelled the subscription the time I knew I was renewed. I kindly request your immediate assistance in processing my refund. When I compliment fellow runners on their performance and achievements, not the entire sentence comes out on the message that they receive. It only shows +- 80% of the message, long or short message.

I can’t connect the GloryFitPro app with the Strava app. When I try to authorise it shows the error message : "Error 403: Limit of connected athletes exceeded” Can anyone help me solve this problem.

We host a weekly clubride with multiple routes on the same date and time. We used to share the links to the routes in the event text plus a link to our rules and guides. Since the weekend Strava keeps deleting all links from the event text. Is there a work-a-round to cover the links from detection or to have a link sektion in the club event form? Cheers Tobias

Hi,I chart my runs through Nike Run app which auto-pushes to Strava, but not all of my runs seem to be synching. For example, last week I went on four runs that still show up in Nike Running: monday treadmill, wednesday outdoor, friday outdoor, saturday outdoor. But, only Monday and Friday runs appear in Strava as well. Similarly my weekly miles in Strava match the mileage of the 2 runs recorded there, not the total of 4 actually taken and appearing in both the health app and Nike Running correctly. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! 

This started today, 2/7.  In Route Builder, the pointer is offset to the left of the actual pointer by a significant margin.  It makes it impossible to pick waypoints or create a route.  I’m running the latest version of Microsoft Edge on Windows 11, if that helps.  I’ve tried all the basics: Computer reboot, cntrl-f5 page reload, cookie deletion, but the problem persists.  Any idea how to resolve this?

Hi Strava, my wife is unable to log in to her premium Strava account using her “Log in with Facebook” credentials that she has done since creating her account.The log in process sometimes works but takes her to a “Create your profile” page with no details, no subscription, no followers etc.Can you assist please? Obviously she can’t log in herself to create this request.

Is it possible to recreate an access to my original strava account? I lost access after i changed the facebook profile mail, since that i can not log in to strava. For login, i have always used facebook option. Old facebook mail was martavkelly1@azet.sk and the new one is palaj.martin1@gmail.com, same as is the mail of this temporary account used just to troubleshoot. I created the ticket more than week ago, but there is no response.Request #3208197

I connected my Strava to a friends NYRR account for a race last year as they don’t have a watch. I now have their trophy in my trophy list - is there any possible way to remove it ?

I just checked my heatmap and it seems like after the latest update we lost activity clusters again. I cannot figure out a way to toggle them off or on. They are not showing up. Can someone please explain how, maybe I am missing something but this article seems outdated already after 6 weeks. https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/216918467-Personal-Heatmaps The clusters are the best way to see where in the world you have done activities, otherwise you have to keep zooming and scrolling around trying to maybe find where you were. Plz bring them back. 

Hi, whenever I use my Indoor mode on Garmin Edge 540, my rides import to Strava as standard Rides, not marked as Virtual in any way. Can we have a fix for this or at least give us the option to choose it in the drop-down?  Thank you!

Hello, after updating the Galaxy Watch to New UI 6. The back button stopped pausing the activity and returning to the home menu, which is very disruptive. I hope they fix this in the next update.

How view Winter Maps? i.e.  the Fatmap topos and winter sports??Hello - in Maps, I click the Sports dropdown and only have Foot Sports and Cycle sports. Where do I add sports, like skiing, please?and where have the winter maps that FatMap had gone??Thanks  

I wonder why Strava randomly picks one of the challenges that are completed in a single activity. Usually Strava picks one that is subpar to the others.. Ie if a 30hr challenge, a 1hr challenge and a 5k challenge are completed i would like to see the one where i put most effort in displayed @ my activity. In this example that would be the 30hr challenge. Tho as said usually Strava picks a subpar one, ie the 5k or the 1hr. Ideally all completed challenges would be displayed, or less ideal but better than random would be if we could choose which challenge will be displayed from a dropbox.
