Please add more event types (all possible types defined elsewhere in Strava)

Is it possible to have an open entry when entering the swim distance on the Strava app rather than the constant scroll in 25 yard/meter increments? The web version allows for manual entry and having that option in the app would be awesome!

I'm trying to set an informative picture in the top of Club page. But it's very difficult because for the web version, the page is cut. In the App the picture seems ok as expected.The result should be the same for App and Web.I suggest to uniform the picture results between App ad web WEB:APP: 

Hi my husband, Ian Dickinson, sadly passed away on 5.5.2024.  Subscription was taken 10/01/2025.  I have cancelled the subscription but I was a day  too late.   I have emailed on numerous occasions (ticket number 3186556 but have not received any response.  I can provide a copy of death certificate if required.  As you can appreciate this is a very emotional time and I would appreciate your response 

This idea is to add a easy filter what to show - regular users or pros. I’d like to follow some of the pro riders but usually thier activities flood entire board.

So i record my trainings with Polar and while i stop the recording for pauses, when uploaded to Strava the total time includes the pauses. That more or less will ruin my avg heartbeats elapsed times etc, is there something i could do?

Make an option to log “sick days” as activity to have the complete overview of trainings and health complications not allowing to train in the calendar.

My weightlifting routines are cyclic, often times repeating the same lifts every 4 days. It would be very nice to simply click a "Duplicate Workout" button and then customize the details (weight, date, time, etc). A search of the board indicates I'm not alone. 

Hello. I’d like to give some feedback on the last update.can I just say that it is super annoying that I need to go into advanced settings if I want to change the bike that my activity uses for the post? that used to be prominent on the activity screen and now a user has to drill down further, which is super annoying. I wish you would go back to the way it was.  a lot of people have multiple bikes, or ride zwift, or a peloton. so it would be appreciated if you could make the bike selection more convenient again, thanks Mark Strauss

Just as runners and cyclists can record and see trends in their run times lifters should be able to record PR’s in lifts. When logging a weightlifting workout there should be a PR section for common lifts (Bench, Deadlift, Squat) and leaderboards where your weight lifted is put on a leaderboard for your weight class. Max lifts would require an uploaded video showing the lift and if enough people in the community say it was a bad lift it doesn’t count.

As buying used shoes is a common thing for hobby joggers, being able to add shoes and manually input miles on them from the previous owner without logging an activity would be quite useful. 

Strava should differentiate between runs up on the lifts and runs down on your board or skis. Here is a good example from the Slopes app that I’ve used for almost a decade. Then you can split out average downhill speed instead of counting time/speed spent riding the lifts. 

Hi,I have thoroughly enjoyed the possibility to associate a default gear to a particular sport. However, the gear options are limited to shoes & bikes, if I am not mistaken.As a tennis player, I would love to be able to add rackets, even balls & stings too. I suppose this feature would be useful for the numerous other racket sports (Badminton, TT, Pickleball, etc...) In fact, even for shoes, I would love to be able to associate my tennis activities to a specific shoe (like a clay court, or a hard court shoe) and track the mileage of these gears/products… Would it be possible to add these features in the future ? Thanks,Best

I did some alpine skiing this year. And earned some uphill segments PRs, while doing gondola. Which is not the way it should be. In addition, those uphill sections even count to total distance, elevation and to your effort which is not correct.Example: https://www.strava.com/activities/13445431482Apps like TrainerRoad (that use logged activities from strava to calculate a training plan) do get totally confused after alpine skiing days. My assumption is, they take the uphill segments as effort done.Could be improved if strava provides a feature “Ignore Uphill efforts in this activity”. Activating that, removes uphill efforts from this activity stats (total, segements,..).This could be helpful for alpine skiing a as well as for downhill biking.

Wingfoiling is a growing sport and the closest one available is Windsurfing which is not the same at all!Please add it Strava!

I want to be able to see my total weekly elevation gain across all “human powered” sports.This is somewhat possible by selecting “All Sports” in the progress page in the app.The problem is that it also includes elevation from Alpine Skiing and so all the lifts - this is none sense .It should automatically exclude non “human powered” sports or at least allow for a multi select interface. 

From every sentence where I used an emoticon, it disappeared. And the word before the emoticon disappeared as well. Does anyone have the same problem? It never happened to me.Aldo some other activities from my friends have the same problem.

The pictures that have auto populated at the top of my profile page are not among my favorites. Is there a way for me to select the pictures that post there?

Hello,I am looking for new feature on Strava, I need to allow only few friends or followers to see my activities and the only options available are whether allowing everyone or allowing my followers , I need more customization for this feature to allow specific people to see my activities

Can a group be set up to include a members activities from before they joined the group? for example our work group is to track members activities from Jan 1st 2025 to Dec 31st some members are joining during the year eg January 31st and have historic strava activities from the 1st of January but these activities aren’t showing 

My activity from 2016 has suddenly disappeared, I found it with an orange dot next to it and cannot view it.Does anyone know what this means?

For about 50% of my activities (running & cycling) I rely on wrist-based HR (Polar) - the other 50% are chest or arm strap. In cold weather the wrist-based measurement is way off, typically 1.5 times actual heart rate, this gives a crazy high Relative Effort, if I catch these early then I override the HR reading with Perceived Exertion and all is fine. If I fail to correct, then the Training Impulse is also crazy high and this completely screws up the Fitness & Freshness to a point where it is meaningless.Two questions.How long after an activity is recorded is the Training Impulse calculated and the Fitness & Freshness graph updated? ie. how much time do I have to correct the erroneous HR?Is it possible to correct historic Training Impulse readings? I have a couple from several months ago that give large step-changes in Fitness graph (and are completely wrong).Thanks.  

I raised a support ticket on the 9 Jan (Request #3185238) but I’ve not received a response.Apple took two payments for my renewal. I contacted them directly and they refunded one of the payments. Since then my strava account hasn’t been subscribed and “restore purchases” hasn’t resolved the issue. I’m use to using the subscribed features. It’s frustrating that the payment was taken on the 3 Jan but I’ve not had access to the subscribed features. How can I get help with this?
