Dear Strava Team,My friends and I recently started playing Padel, and as an active Strava user, I was surprised to see that Padel is not listed as an activity type. While other racket sports are available, Padel is missing, despite its growing popularity worldwide.Adding Padel as an official activity type would greatly enhance the experience for many Strava users who play this sport regularly. It would allow us to track our progress more accurately and engage with the community more effectively.I believe this addition would be well received by many users, and I would love to hear your thoughts on this suggestion. Hello, I loved FATMAP and used it regularly to plan ski touring routes. Now on their site it’s says you have migrated. I have now signed up for a free trial of strava pro. But there is no access to maps that I can find the same way there was on FATMAP. Any chance you can turn FATMAP back on untill you guys have worked through the bugs?  many thanks adam

As I enter my start location and point and click with the crusor the spot i want to go to, it choses a point somewhere else, sometimes close, and even upto 1000 km away.  It is impossible to create a route i was used to.  Even the route that gets suggested, i can not change, impossible to put extra route points or to alter the proposed route.  In chrome and in Edge, I have this problem.  Do any other have this problem?  Is there a way to solve it?  Greetings.

Hello, i've written emails to the strava support team and ive created multiple tickets to apply for a refund but many days passed and i still have no response from them.(I always checked my email and my junk email folder and still nothing.I only got an automatic bot response.)

My iphone fitness app has stopped syncing with strava. No idea why. Any help appreciated thankssue

I am not able to show my personal heatmap in app or on web. Android 14, app ver. 396.6. Allready tried to reinstall app or restart phone many times without success. Ticket #3199166  

Latest version of Strava on a Samsung Ultra watch and S24 phone.I want to use Samsung’s run tracker on my watch when running, as it gives me more data at the end of the run and audio updates of speed, heart rate, etc, each kilometre (would be nice if Strava did the same!)As I also want to record the activity on Strava, I have been kicking that off on my phone by hitting ‘Record’ at the start of a run.Whenever I do this, though, when I finish the run, the activity always appears twice in my feed (showing me as having run with myself!). My Samsung and Strava accounts aren’t connected.Any idea how I can stop this happening? 

Hi, my daughter lost access to her account in 2022. She couldn’t remember the email address or the password she used so she created another account and has been using that. Over the last week 2 activities have been logged on the original account in a different part of the country. I have commented on one asking how they have access to the account and also sent a message but no response. I have reported it as impersonation today. Anyone experience this before or have any likely explanation? Thanks. 

Three weeks to regain access to my account and Strava charged my single account for two annual subscriptions. Only got the charges reversed through my bank and Strava support was beyond useless in the matter. Terrible. 

What is the complicated issue I’m solving?? <<< I lost access to an email address (which was part of a Google suite, so no actual password but click-through logins). I can no longer log into a paid account. >>>That’s literally it. Since I lost my account, I had created another account to contact Strava support. I submitted tickets, emailed the support desk directly, and attempted to call. No help whatsoever. Now if I submit a ticket, it becomes flagged as solved (wth??) All I needed is to change the email to the account so that I am able to log into my account (shouldn’t it be a given if I’m paying the subscription???). It’s not that complicated. You should have built the functionality to recover an account in case they lost an email address or Facebook account. People change jobs and they become logged out of what they had. Don’

Please allow us to add a race category to Nordic skiing just like in biking, running and other sports.  Should be easy to do. 

Hello, I have the problem that over time I have accumulated more and more people that I have subscribed to. That's nice to stay connected, but with so many people the feed gets totally clogged and the activities of friends that interest you get lost. That's why I have muted almost 90% of the people I have subscribed to. But I also don't want to upload my activities to the feed and “demand” kudos from my followers, while I hardly give them out myself. That's why I upload most of my activities as muted so that they don't appear in the feed. As a result, other people always have to go to my profile to see a bike ride.So I wanted to ask if you could introduce an option where your activities are only uploaded for favorites and an option in the feed where you only see activities of your favorites. The option with push notifications when my favorites upload something is not an option for me, because I don't want to get notifications all the time. I look forward to your

Would it be possible to write a note for a lap. Say you want to note the RPE, lactate or other information of individual intervals?

The drop down Event types are only Run and Ride.We are a Swim Club! I’m sure swimming is a big enough sport globally to justify an event type?

The maps stopped showing up when I upload new activities. Can anyone help me?

I have an oddly specific heatmap issue I am hoping someone may be able to help correct. I often use a bike-train-bike approach to commutes, pausing my watch for the train ride and resuming during the second leg of the bike ride. There are 2 specific efforts where the train ride remains on the heatmap, so using the custom date filter I was able to find each effort and split into 2 activities, then cropped out the last few hundred feet before/after the train, but the tracks still remain in the photo below. As I said, oddly specific, but does anyone have an idea how to correct this minor aesthetic issue?  

Hi all, Since my Fitbit Charge 6 had a firmware update in August (66.20001 .210.26), it hasn't synced my GPS runs recorded through Fitbit onto my Strava account.I've tried removing and reconnecting my accounts over 10 times, reinstalling the apps multiple times. I'm only recording runs through Fitbit, not Strava at the same time.The only way I can get the runs onto Strava currently is to upload the recorded TCX file manually. I don't want to keep doing that. Anyone else having this issue, or is it known by the developers?

Help needed! Who knows how I can change how the stats show on the „You“ section for my rides? I want it to show kilometres/distance on the vertical axe and weekdays/months etc on the horizontal axe.   

It would be great if cyclists with Di2 geared bikes could see their stats in Strava, you already have the data from my Garmin Connect sync but it’s not used anywhere in Strava. the only way to do this currently is via manual upload to a great, but disconnected website (di2stats.com) it would be a great use-case for the “Strava intelligence” features, show you a map of your shifting patterns, combine with cadence data and speed and suggest if you are shifting optimally, or could try a different approach

I often go running on a TechnoGym treadmill that syncs with Strava, but the treadmill won’t connect with my Apple Watch to measure heart rate. I’d like the ability to merge my heart rate data from an Indoor Run on my Apple Watch with the corresponding activity imported from TechnoGym (since this has more accurate distance and pace data). Ideally Strava recognizes that activities occurred at the same time and provides a suggestion to merge.
