Custom challenges are quite cumbersome currently.  It is a PAID MEMBERSHIP only feature, yet it’s very challenging and frustrating to use since you can only find them by digging down several levels manually (too many clicks required!) from the HOME → GROUPS → ACTIVE tab and there is no way to share or post about the leaderboards within CLUBS or websites.If there was a way to actually VIEW and SHARE the ACTIVE custom challenges, then as a CLUB leader / influencer, I could better promote and refer many, many more athletes to STRAVA PREMIUM PAID MEMBERSHIPS so this would seem like a big no-brainer for STRAVA to invest some energy into developing further!SHARE LINK - Make the leaderboards share-able via a link to encourage non-premium members to become premium members!  Let us post about challenges within club POSTS sections and ideally other social media platforms more easily too!   EMBED - make the leade

The Strava route creation function is really useful but it doesn’t give you route guidance whilst running. Would it be possible to export the route map into Apple Maps new routes function which works really well when running?

Hi Strava team, The ability to attach songs to activities would be a fantastic feature, similiarly to how you can attach songs to Instagram stories/posts. I think this has been suggested before but it would be a great feature to personalize activities and enhance user engagement, as has been shown by its integration in other social media platforms. Music is an integral part of exercising to me and the ability to express that in my Strava activities would be amazing. As a free user, if a feature like this were added to premium, it would be a no-brainer for me to upgrade, and I am sure many others feel the same.  Thanks for considering!

To my knowledge it has been at least 2 months since this problem was first identified, and it’s definitely still a problem. I want to know if anyone has gotten any updates concerning this, or if that vague statement from months ago is all that we have on this still very relevant issue. If nothing else, I want to bring this back into the limelight so that Strava knows this is a still an issue people very much care about. Thank you for your time!

Just wondering why I can't find the January Run 200K & 300K Challenges?

so out of nowhere my Garmin watch dnd Strava not syncing anymore. Any ideas? 

How on earth does this work? I have a Galaxy Fit 3 and Samsung Galaxy A55. I understand that you toggle on Strava as a synced service through Samsung Health. The watch and phone are synced fine. I’ve given Strava and Samsung Health all permissions, including physical activity and sensors. What shows in the Strava app when they are successfully synced? In the settings bit, I can click two different things. One - ‘Connect an app or device’ with a little watch icon. And two -Manage apps and devices’. The first opens a screen of different watches available, and I select Samsung. It then says ‘visit our support page to connect’ and has a orange ‘get started’ button at the bottom. When clicked, it’s a support post about connecting it - all of which I have done. When I press back, it briefly flashes up with ‘error connecting your device’. The wheel spins in the top right corner of the Strava app too. What do I need to do from within the Strava app to sync and connect? 

Why my Strava iPhone and my Apple Watch apps work independently is a mystery to me. Perhaps Strava could take a lesson from All Trails where the phone and watch apps sync nicely!

I just got back from a ride and feel very frustrated. I started the app when I started my ride and, for some unknown reason, the app only recorded about a third of my ride! ☹️ I did not knowingly pause the ride at any time. The ride shows that I started and ended in the same place, which makes sense, because that’s what I did, but if I had accidentally paused the app at some point, then I would’ve had to accidentally restart it too!I really don’t wanna pay the subscription fee if this keeps happening. This isn’t the first time that I wasn’t able to satisfactorily record my ride! I do take a lot of pictures when I’m riding, so perhaps I stopped it from recording accidentally, but I’m not opening the Strava app when I’m using my camera. On a specific segment my previous PR was 3:07min, dropped to 2:30min today and registered as my new PR on that segment however the leaderboard for the segment still shows my old PR.. Any ideas? Seems broken..  

A couple of feature requests:- Would love to be able to filter my activity feed to only show certain types of activities. Like maybe I'm interested in people's runs but I don't really care to see their daily walk/bike commutes?- Same on the post side: if I could automatically post certain types but keep others private (unless I decide to post later.)- The dream would be if I could choose to mute certain types of activities from particular people. Like maybe I like seeing when my dad takes a walk every few days. But that friend whose watch auto-posts their every step? No so much. But maybe I don't want to mute that person because I do actually want to see their runs. Just not their 30-second walk to the corner store.Thanks! 😄K p.s. I'm in Canada, not Indonesia. Hi,I am just updating my set-up between a Garmin Edge and Wahoo Elemnt.  I use a Wahoo head unit to record my activities (and sync it to strava) and use my garmin watch to broadcast my heart rate (I did not upload any garmin data to strava). Because I am having a problem with my Wahoo, I just allowed my Garmin to upload to Strava so I can use an old Garmin computer to record activities.  I thought this would only upload all new rides from today onwards.  Unfortunately, it is has doubled all my activities for more than a year (closer to two years).Is there a way of turning the time back on my Strava activities e.g. to yesterday to save me having to manually go and delete hundreds of duplicate activities?Thank you very much!Cameron 

Not sure if the option to tag elliptical activities as a workout existed in the past and was removed or if I’m mis-remembering, but either way would appreciate the option to tag these as workouts in the future for cross training purposes! Currently only have the option to tag elliptical activities as commute, but I find it makes things easier to organize at a glance when using the training log, and workout activities are striped. 

Differentiating MTB from gravel with regards to leaderboards. Just like you have done with e-MTB versus regular MTB. As I see it the split between MTB and gravel bikes can be done in 2 ways (or maybe more?):1. Make a "clean" split as it has been done with e-MTB and regular MTB so a segment either relates to the one or the other.2. Make the leaderboard for a given segment differentiated as it is with men and women today. Then an "overall" Leaderboard can be maintained and a MTB and a gravel leaderboard can be created as highlighting the difference between the two types of bikes.I really hope you will try to work on this in future releases.

Hi! I love Strava so much! I track ever activity with the app (gym, hiking, walks, etc.).But as an equestrian it would be so nice if Strava would make it possible to add “horse riding” as an activity as I can only track my horse-riding trainings with my apple watch, which later saves it in the Strava App as “training”.Since I really value the statistics of my activities, it would be great to have also an overview of my statistics when riding horses. Strava has soooo many different sports integrated as activities. It would be nice for all active horse people to add horse riding❤️

Have pinned activities in your home or profile page of your favorite or best runs...or worst!  Good for getting an idea of the athlete at a glance.

Add Best Efforts also for walking activities. I (speed) walk until I’ve lost more weight to protect my knees, but walking activities do not provide Best Effort scores like running ones do. I don’t want to classify my timed walks as runs as then the info would be lost once I can actually start running.Distances tracked might well be different than for running focusing more on longer distances (upwards from 1 km/mile - 5, 10, 15 , 20, half marathon, etc) and also include distance records over 30 minutes, 60 minutes, etc.When going to events, I see many people walking these, so suspect I’m not the only one that would like this feature to be added. 

in my club on strava some are using manual entries, the club is a triatlon club so tracks swim,bike,run activities, if someone manual uploads a swim for 1 hour this is registered in the club leader boards, is there a way we can not include manual activities 

I tried installing/uninstalling the app multiple times, logging out and in , turning phone and watch on an off, but the run doesn’t show up on the app. It shows imported from the Health app but somehow doesn’t appear on the Activities page. Manual Gtx file uploads are highly inaccurate. Thanks 

Audio prompts are only available based on distance (every half km, km etc) but it would be great if audio prompts could also announce time elapsed (every 1 min, 5 mins etc). This would be great for timing things like couch to 5k, intervals, etc. But it would also be great when people only have a fixed amount of time to be active in (eg a lunch break) and want to keep track of time without having to check the time. 

UPDATE: aannddd all of a sudden it’s back. 🤨 My apologies for the confusion! Some recent changes took place and it appears that Virtual Ride (and other Virtual activities) have been removed. I used this for indoor spin bike rides and could manually enter my distance and time. Am I just missing something? Where did it go? Can we get it back?

I have my apple watch health app synced with my Strava and have never had any issues uploading activities until today. I see the activity and it shows that it has uploaded successfully to Strava but then it just never shows up on my activity feed. Is anyone else experiencing this or know of a fix?
