Many of us would like to be able to exclude specific activities which others have posted, based on rules we apply ourselves.For example, I see numerous short runs which a huge number of people deem necessary to record as separate warm ups and downs. I am still interested in their main activities so don’t want to Mute them. I am also seeing short walks and various short workouts amongst other things which I have no interest in. Life is too short.Please can Strava create functionality which allows me to create some rules where I can say, for example:“only show me activities greater than 3 miles”“only show me activities greater than 15 minutes”OR“do not show runs less than 3 miles”“do not show walks less than 3 miles”“do not show workouts less than 20 minutes”

My Garmin has a Track Run activity.  When I use it, data is displayed in meters.  However, when I look in the splits in Strava, it shows miles.  Can we get an option to use meters for the splits for track workouts?

Hi Everyone,Wondering if anyone has a fix for my subscription issue. I was recently travelling in Mexico, since returning to Canada my subscription isn’t valid. When I attempt to renew, it shows the Mexican currency so I’m thinking there’s a bug on their end.I troubleshooted (logged out, deleted and reinstalled application, restored purchase), created a ticket weeks ago with no response, and since written the strava support email.I’m travelling again, looking for routes, but get blocked by the subscription wall every time. Can anyone offer a solution here? I’ve debated starting a new account but seems unnecessary. I understand they’re getting caught up on tickets, but this seems too long.Thanks in advance!

I have tried to contact support twice during the last weeks by creating a support issue from the Strava app. I am trying to change my old email address that is registered for Strava that has been deleted for many years. I don´t have the password to change the email to my new address. I expected a reply to my new address but I feel my support issues are simply ignored. I also sent 2 emails to the support team, and still no answer yet... How can it be so hard to change something so simple?...

It says the club posts situation has been resolved on other conversations but is anyone else still unavailable to post on their club despite having tried everything?

Hey,It's been more  than two weeks since I submitted a support request and still no response.

I love the idea that each segment has the ability for people to make comments on it: advice and suggestions or warnings etc etc. ALso a great place for people to ask questions.Too hard basket I know….and so many more important things Strava should be getting to.

Right now the closest thing to a ruck activity is the hike activity. That works for now, but you have to manually comment on how much weight you carry. The ruck activity could include heartrate, elevation climbed, weight in rucksack, weight on vest, calories burned, distance, step count, average pace, or average time. You could also add a segment option, in case I wanted to run a half mile to warmup before I start rucking with the weight. There could also be an option for rucking on the treadmill that could include all those things along with the mph and grade of incline. 

Hi, Strava map query here: as of lately, when I click on the map recorded by Wahoo/Strava, all I get is my 'naked' route, ie just the outlines of my route but no background map at all to click on and enlarge, so no option to home in on the 'real' map to go over where I've been. Yikes. Am I going wrong somewhere, or is this Strava's naff idea of an update?!?

The fitness score/ graph is more like a training load score or effort score. It tracks the strain you're putting on your body, but doesn't account for things like efficiency, speed, or how well you’re adapting to that load. Calling it a "fitness score" is definitely a misnomer, especially when it doesn't accurately reflect your actual fitness improvements.My score has gone down 20% in the past 45 days even though I'm doing similar milage as at my peak, I've just gotten more efficient. So technically, the decrease in "fitness" is actually an increase.It’d be much more helpful if it were framed as something more specific, like training strain or load tracking, so users wouldn’t mistake it for a true measure of fitness. But for now, it’s really more about the volume and effort of your training than your actual fitness progress. Thoughts?

I'm sorry but the "solution" that was posted in the other thread about this issue is not a solution. A solution would be something that brings our activities, posts, comments, etc to the exact same state they were before you removed the URLs.You didn't even answer the big open questions we have regarding what happened. I would like Strava to urgently answer the following questions:(1) Are you filtering URLs merely in the user interface and in the API – or have you actually modified the content stored in your database?(2) If it is the latter case, how are we going to recover our data? What kind of backups do you have? Are you going to restore all the URLs and other removed content from the backups once this "ongoing situation" is over? Can we at least download an intact version of our data for our own use?(3) Why there was zero communication about what is going to happen beforehand? Hi, this was raised about a year ago and there still does not appear to be a resolution for it.  I seem to have a few runs completed where the activity time is completely missing for no apparent reason. One of my activities it was there previously but now it is gone.I’ve seen something about the amount of space, but this is not the issue at all. There is enough space, the detail is just not there.  I’ve uploaded two examples where you can clearly see the run with the time displayed has more achievements than the run without the time.This is only when on the mobile app on the main activity feed. You can see the time when you click the activity but most of us just want the time on the main page so it can be seen when scrolling.It is a small issue but very frustrating. Please resolve it.  If you need to omit details from this area, omit the achievement badges as this is less important than the time in my opinion. Would be grateful for an explan

My widget recently changed from orange bars to green and now also appears to be showing my year to date mileage instead of weekly mileage. The color is less of an issue (just weird it changed) but I would like the option to go back to seeing my weekly mileage rather than year to date.   

 is it possible to see all results of all distances and not just the best results?

Would be good to have the Segments inside some control with a scroll bar, that when going through all the segments the elevation map or even the map would still be visible.Now when you are scolling down the map disappears after 25 segements and the elevation map after 30 segments (depends on the resolution). This is how it is now:--The list of segmetns can be very long, and if you are scrolling down through them, the map and the elevation map are not visible any more sooner or later.Thats why I would put all the segments into some control like DataGridView, where you can use a scoller if there is more then X number of items inside of it. So it would be like: 

On the mobile Strava Version you have a nice overview on how many Km,Hours and Elevation you‘ve gained in the last 3 months.  Now it usually has the Kilometers/Miles on the Y axis. How do I change it to hours?So that the chart has the highest peak at the week with the most hours and not with the most Km/miles.

Hi, I’ve recently subscribed to strava and after using the flyover video it creates after each of my runs it was great so see, little dot goes along your route you have just ran aswell as a red line following. Now for whatever reason my flyover vids are still working and being created but there is only a little dot following my route and no red line it’s hard to navigate your route. Anybody know why? It was available on previous runs and even if I go back and view them it’s the same now. Just the dot no red line. If I view any of my followers activity and view there flyover they have there’s all fine. 🤷🏻‍♂️ any help please 🙏 

Yesterday I did the Cape Town Cycle Tour and my activity shows up in Strava to import, it’s in my Apple health and fitness and I did two short rides after ending my main ride, one to the car and one from the car back to the house as the roads were still closed. The subsequent rides imported and display in my feed but my race is “imported” but I can’t see the activity. I have logged out, tried to reimport it, deleted the app, re-added my watch and nothing seems to be helping 

I wonder if any of you have gotten a solution to a similar problem;I have an old Strava account, https://www.strava.com/athletes/13939161 , which I am fairly certain used my Facebook account to log in. Because I can see that I have a Strava connection still active on my Facebook account from the same time I created my first account.However, when I got a new phone and wanted to log in, I made a mistake and chose Google as log in method instead. My Facebook and Google account has the same email connected. Somehow that created a new account, https://www.strava.com/athletes/133051305 . Now I cannot access my old account. When I choose Facebook as login method, it directs me to the new account. The same for Google and Email login. I cannot wrap my head around this, since Strava claims that

I attempt to post in my team’s club as I do on the daily to provide updates for the team (I help coach) and I was able to post until tonight when I attempted to post a link for the meet results and then it wouldn’t let me post anymore. I attempted after that without a link and I also wasn’t able to post. I am the admin and owner of the club. It doesn’t even show any errors when I try to post. It just doesn’t go through. I refresh a bunch and do all the typical things and the post just ceases to exist. What do I do? I need to be able to update my athletes. I have signed in and out of my account in hopes to fix this and it didn’t. The images show how the post doesn’t exist and there is no error message.

Whenever I try to post to the club, I receive “Sorry, this one stays red. The page you’re looking for doesn’t exist, but you’re not at a dead end. Here are a few options:” error message and nothing is posted.  All I did was click the “Publish” button.  What do I need to do to get a post onto Strava?  Our members are waiting to hear from us!

Hello, this is New Balance Korea. We connect to Strava through an app called MYNB to record and store running data and provide related services to our customers. However, for a while, the data has not been reflected properly, and recently, the icon for installing Strava app has not been viewed on Google Play and the App Store. Do you have any plans to suspend or reduce services to South Korea? If so, please answer the specific schedule plan. bb

I can't find the Strava app on the Play Store in Korea. I know that Korean support has ended and the default language has changed to English, but why can't I install the app? Is this a temporary issue?
