Stronglifts 5x5 is a fantastic weight lifting app and I’d love it if Strava could pull my data from it.    I find weight training on Strava (and Garmin) is cumbersome and not at all the strength of the apps.   

Hi everyone,Padel is growing in popularity worldwide, and here in Spain, it’s already one of the most played sports.Currently, on my Suunto 9 Peak, I can select "Padel" when starting a match. However, when syncing with Strava, the activity is categorized as a generic "Workout"I’d like to suggest adding a dedicated "Padel" category in Strava. Alternatively, a broader option like "Other Racket Sports" could work too, encompassing sports like Padel, Squash, and Pickleball. Thanks for considering this!  

A year ago, it was brought up that it would be great to integrate Orange Theory with Strava.  Can we reintroduce the idea?  There are over 1200 OT gyms in the US.  Many of us would really like to be tracking all of our exercise in one place instead of piecemeal.

Dear Strava,                     I have made my account public and never did I go private. I have been a loyal premium subscriber for over 3 years, and today I can’t even make any posts nor share my runs or add links to my Strava account/posts, This has been very disappointing considering that I have never received an email stating that I violated their terms of service in the past few days. I have never said anything hurtful or anything of that sort. I tried deleting the app and restarting my phone, but none of it works. Can you please fix this? My husband has been unable to access his account for the last two days.  It says, "Sorry, you don't have access to this page."  Why? Nothing happened to precipitate this?  Why has it been two days with no answer?

Can someone help me understand what is going on.  With my last 2 runs, total distance on the watch and what uploads to fitbit is correct as well as total time. But in fitbit app, the total time is correct and total distance, but the split times and distance are incorrect. If i export the TCX file from my fitbit app and upload to strava the total distance is incorrect as well as the splits with a moving time of 47:20, which is pretty similar to the fitbit splits added up.  Fitbit doesn’t display “moving time” but shows total time (correct) with the splits (incorrect).  The maps in both fitibit and strava appear correct from what i can tell.  If i take the same TCX file and upload it to https://activity-analyzer.app/html/ I don’t see any obvious gaps, and total distance is correct. Where do you think the problem is?I’m adding some screenshots showing oddities form the

Bug Report - Noticed that one user had a different number of rides listed (6) than showed up on the Leaderboard page (5) … and the summary of the elevation and distance was off by … you guessed it … that one ride.  That ride happened to be the third ride (Virtual- Rouvy) of the day for that user. Not the second of three or first of three, but third ride of three. All other attributes of that activity appeared in order, and they were summed properly on that user’s “Training Log” and “progress tab”.  Is it possible that only two activities of one type are aggregated?

How come we don't have 5 mile and 10 mile PB records? There's plenty of these races out there. Garmin record the these PB's but for some reason strava doesn't, they just the 1 and 2 miles distances.

Instead of the average pace being shown when recording a run, show the current pace. Or at least make it an option.

My university is trying to improve their Bike Friendly University rating. We would like to be able to compete with other participating universities (particularly Big 12 organizations) to entice friendly competition across college campuses.  From what I've gathered, this is not a feature that your platform offers. Creating a challenge that is specific to college campuses could greatly encourage students to bike more and would increase the traffic to your platform, getting young adults more involved in Strava. A challenge like this could track carbon footprint by displaying emissions that users are avoiding by riding or walking around their campus. I rode a segment using my Garmin 540. During the ride i kept seeing my segment screen on the device, that it said I did it with 9mins and 2secs. But once uploaded, strava said the same segment was 9mins 13seconds. Why is there an inconsistency?

Does anyone know how to enter the number of steps in Strava after running or walking? Do I need to have a step counteror  pedometer?  Até. Rodrigues Bomfim

The primary sport on profiles only offer two choices: running and cycling. Please could Swimming be added, and I’m sure, many other options would be suitable too. 

I find it surprising how orienteering is still not an activity available on Strava, with hundreds of thousands of athletes. Even on Strava there is an Orienteering group with more than 9,000 followers.Although there is already another thread with the same request, I am recovering it again to see if this issue gains support again. I'm sure there would be quite a few people recording this activity, and it would be a great detail to have this possibility on Strava.

 at some point I’ve selected certain activities to be in the drop down list at the top, the training log then pulls from those activities to look at. I want to add a new activity type in but I can’t figure out how to - can anyone help please? For example yesterday it’s showing one 27 minute activity (yoga), it’s not showing a virtual row I logged because virtual row is not in the drop down.thank you!

Would it be possible to add a data for bike's rides ? I thought about a ratio calculate with distance divided by elevation gain. For exemple if we have 2 000 D+ for 100km the ratio is 2 D+ per km ? And if we have a ratio of 3 it is harder than 0,5.  Yours sincerally. 

Not in a month or a year but when i do that much times a segment so that i reach 8884 altitude meters on that segment I would receive a kind of new badge (such als local hero) Everest Hero 

The Strava community is filled with athletes combining running and biking into single, dynamic sessions—whether for duathlon training, brick workouts, or adventure days mixing trails and roads. Adding "Run and Bike" as a sport would better reflect these hybrid activities. Ideally, sporters could determine when they were on the bike, when by foot and when uncertain. This combination mechanism could also extend to other sports, like triathlon? As you would not need anymore to start a new activity between cycling and running.

Hello everyone. I have an idea for the past months and I really want to share my ideas and maybe get in contact with the strava team. I think for every triathlete who did a race or multisport event, it is just not esthetical to see all the different strava activities on the feed from the swim, bike and run until all the transitions. It is a lot of activities that pops up on everyones strava feed and just not well organised. Isn’t it an idea to make the multisport race just as one activity in the strava feed for everyone and make the possibility to click on the activity where you can see all the details and times for each sport that is done on that race. It’s nice for everyone who loves the data and can see everything on 1 place and it’s nice for everyone who doesn’t know anything about multisports and can see the race in 1 activity. Maybe it’s already an idea that is in progress or this is just not an attainable idea? Please let me know what you guys think from it and if anyone foll

I LOVE keeping up to date with my stats-- adding races, etc. Unfortunately, there is only swim, cycling, running, and walking options.  Can we get triathlons added to the mix? I’d love to proudly show off my stats there, since I am primarily a triathlete. 

The Gear>Component section is a great way to track component wear on bikes.  Many of the often used components are available in a drop down and it would be great for the user to specify, or additionally list, alternate units of measure besides miles.  For example, I track brake pad wear in feet of elevation (I don’t shuttle) and suspension service in hours.  These would be more helpful than miles for certain components the user can select.  For maintenance activities such as chain waxing, it would be helpful to have a drop down for this but might be even more helpful to list on the activities page the cumulative miles for the gear, that way a user could search for maintenance performed (for example denoting these with # in the description field) and subtract the miles/feet/hours between events.  Without this, users use third party data platforms to find the dates of service, get the year to date mileage between events, and calculate the difference, which is cumbersome and

Bref pouvoir créer des dossiers pour améliorer la lisibilité de mes itinéraires enregistrés
