I would like to be able to compare or filter my segment results by gear or by sport. Or show best time for each gear / sport.For example this are my segment results on 3 different bikes (and two sports) mixed together:Climbing uphil on 3 different bikes  - it’s obvious that on full susp mtb I’ll be slower than on lightweight roadbike.But in current view I’m not able to tell, if my time was fast or average for givven gear.This is the basic idea, how it may look like:  

I am very much a low pace, low mileage runner who has not really desire to be superfast. Nonetheless being able to accurately record the time I have been out running against the distance I covered in that time is important for me to assess progress. I live in an area in which GPS is dodgy to the left of me (woods) and to the right of me (heavy built up area)! I very rarely get a correct route on my run, with wild forays off track which can add up to quite a bit of extra mileage.  One run I completed said that I was running 3min km pace - seriously I am not even close to that fast, I think I am likely around 8min km pace. I have tried other ways to measure but it all gets really tiresome and when you are paying for a data collection software it would be nice to have that record distance and time.I appreciate that strava can’t be responsible for sorting out GPS signals so as a last resort if we are able to post run edit the map to iron out the kinks then at least pace co

On the maps tab when looking at heatmaps there is an option for "all cycle sports"  It would be great to have that option when creating routes as well.  Currently you have to pick one specific discipline and only rides under that category show up in the heat map overlay. The same ability could be applied to all foot sports as well

How much Time Strava does respond to a subscription refund because if they dont refund within 14 days i cant get m'y money back anymore.What's the solution to this ?Also where i can email about my refund subscription? Kindly asap respond coz that money is really important for me, and it's not for this kind of subscription

  I use the ICG Indoor training app when working indoors. Everytime I do, when it syncs to my strava it increases the average power. I contacted ICG who gave me a few things to try,deleting both ICG and strava apps etc,none of which has worked. Anyone else had similar issue or know a work around? 

When i add a photo to an old activity, if i have cropped or edited the photo in any way, it will show as my most recent picture instead of down the grid when that activity took place. If i dont crop or edit the pic then its arranged correctly to when the activity took place. It must have something to do with the timestamp of the photo or something?Is there anyway the photo ordering can be corrected for photos that have been edited?

My running group is looking to create a challenge for 2025. Our city is turning 250 years old, so the challenge would be to have participants walk, run, bike, hike, etc. 250 miles during the year. We would then enter the individuals who completed into a drawing for prizes.I think we can use Strava Challenges to do this, but I’m not entirely sure on the mechanics or if Strava Challenges would be able to handle this. Some questions:Is there a way to generate a link for a challenge? Or, can people only join by being invited? Is there a limit to the total number of people who can participate in a challenge? I know I personally can invite up to 199 people. But are there other limits we should be aware of? Do challenges track individual efforts or only group efforts? The goal is for each individual person to complete 250 miles, not the whole group to complete 250 miles. Are free subscribers able to join the challenge? Or, are only paid subscri

I do not want this option on my feed.  It popped up a few months ago and went away.  It is now back.  I am hoping now that it is back- I can remove it. The widget itself seems to be primitive and only collects quantity rather than quality.  Then every week it challenges you to do more.  Rest is also very important and needed to prevent injuries.   Some might think it's great, and that's awesome for them.  I do not think it is good to see and why I have disabled things like the 'move' option on my garmin watch or removed the step counter option.

I have a problem with my Garmin heart rate monitor (HRM Dual) that connects to Strava but not showing heart rate. Started when changed to new phone: Google Pixel 8 Pro with Android 14, have allowed evertyhing, i think.. HRM Sensor works fine in my Garmin 530 unit     

Since we have to choose between kilometers or miles in Strava, why does the Best Efforts section display both kilometers and miles? The system could just show distances in the selected unit of measurement. As someone who lives in a country where kilometers are used, it seems strange to me that the longest distance is 180km and not 200km. Psycologically, I think that crossing 200kms mark is probably the goal of anyone who reaches 180km. Also, the jump from 100km to 180km seems rather odd. I think it would make more sense to have 100km, 150km and 200km. Maybe 120km as well.

Is there a way to select certain activities and group them into one to track the metrics of a goal? I couldn’t find anything on it and thought that it might be a fun way to see metrics of a goal.For instance, I recently completed the New Hampshire 4000 footers via trail running and was wondering if there was a way to group those workouts into one so that I could see the metrics of the achievement itself. Thought it would be a fun way to see how many miles/how much vert you’ve done over the course of an achievement or training cycle.

Hi, I tried Starva premium to join an event of my company. After the event ended, I forgot to cancel the subscription and was charged with an entire year subscription without any notice. I need to get a refund please help! I need that balance to do my social activity at my hometown.

I have a NordicTrack (NT) studio bike that uses iFIT, and I have synched iFit with Strava.When I do a map-based workout on my NT bike, the workout is captured in Strava as a Virtual Run and the sport type box is greyed out (can’t modify to virtual ride).  How do I get this fixed so my rides are categorized correctly and not recoding as runs, which has wrecked all my running PRs. 😖😖😖

Hi. Why will Club Events now not save if I include a Strava route?  If I don't include the route, the event will save and the club members are notified by e-mail. I have been creating routes and including them in Club Events in Strava for the last 4 months without any problem. What's changed?

Your recent update to segments is a bold attempt to clean them up.  One of your changes is to have verified segments.  Your method in determining which segments to verify is through the use of staring?  My concern with staring is that stars are functionally used for LIVE STRAVA SEGMENT ATTEMPTS.  So if I am making an attempt for a segment KOM, i like to see live segments.  However, if i am not going to make a KOM attempt then i UNSTAR said segment because it clutters my screen when ridging/navigating.  Additionally, when i do get that KOM, i unstar.  In other words, staring is not a vote to LIKE or promote a segment.  If you do want to make VERIFIED segments, please create a LIKE button for it rather than counting stars. 

I used to live in Shanghai, where I created my account, about 10 years ago. Since then I moved to the US and I have updated my location to the city I live in (SF, CA) but the region still says “Asia, Shanghai”. I am able to edit the city but not the region. Would you have any suggestion on how to update my region?Thank you 

I have used the description section on activities to add links to race results and race videos on youtube, and these links have all been removed from my activities, some of them dating back a few years. This means that I can no longer find some of these results that I had linked for personal reference and followers can no longer see them either.Additionally, I had my professional triathlete profile website linked in my bio section, and this has also been removed. I understand that there have been a lot of issues related to spam bots on strava, but I would appreciate if my old activities and profile weren’t meddled with without my consent and if I could return these relevant links to my activities, which no longer seems to be a supported feature. 

When you are cycling for several days, like München-Venice or Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago), you consider every day a stage of one whole route experience.Also, you can be hiking 2 days climbing a mountain, sleeping in a shelter, making it to the top, but in the end is one whole route in a mountain, made in 2 days. It would be so cool to be able to group some individual strava activities in one route/experience/trip that in the end was just made in stages (but not merging them in one activity!). Or at least have one map displaying just selected activities.e.g.: 

Two issues. The first is that one of my most common activities (e-bike ride) is hidden many screens down the list of activities on the Android Wear app - it is 33rd on a list of 49 different activities. Very rare/niche activities (handcycle, ‘velomobile’) are on the first or second screen when I scroll down, but really common ones are down at the bottom? This makes no sense.It should be possible to a) rearrange activities by dragging them to the home screen; and b) hide activities (some of them, I don’t even know what they are!), or c) at the very least, have them in alphabetical order! Right now, they seem to be completely random - some alphabetical, some not.Second issue: The default activities when I open the Android Wear app are running, cycling and walking. You would think that tapping the ‘run’ icon would open running? No. Instead it just opens the list of activities! If I want to actually get to the running activity, I have to click ‘run’ again on the next scree

Currently, the maps in Strava do not provide detailed information about bridges on paths that cross rivers. In contrast, OpenStreetMap (OSM) includes these details, which are vital for users planning routes. Incorporating this information would greatly benefit cyclists, runners, and hikers, ensuring they are better prepared for their journeys and avoid potential dead ends.

If the creator of a segment is on the leaderboard, they should have a pencil/blueprint icon and you can see which activity they created the segment from 

This needs to be a feature. I simply don’t want to see 6 Ai generated fitness instructors on my feed
