Until October, I was able to sync & publish my Technogym Treadmill runs with Strava. It has stopped working. Any recommendations?

Strava shows my flybys up from a few years ago until today. Yet I wish to see them from 2016 and onwards, but it seems there's an error when I want to check my flybys. What can I do about this?

Hello, is there a way to report an user which is posting activities constantly with the wrong activity type? i can't report more than 10 activities a day 😞 Cheers Jens

HiI rode this morning came back , finished ride as normal clicked save on the Garmin but the ride hasn’t uploaded to Strava v?it’s in my Garmin connect app . I have uninstalled and reinstalled Garmin connect deleted and re added drive from starva but it still won’t upload v?

First post... hope I'm in the right "location".  I've duplicated a route created by someone else. I'd like to keep the same route, but start and finish at a different point, about halfway along the existing route. Can't find any insight on this.  I've tried dragging the start point, rearranging way points, deleting start point, etc. None of these accomplish what I'm attempting.  If I click on a waypoint near where I want to start, it lets me "use manual mode", "end here", or "delete". Not "start here".  Is it possible to do what I'm attempting? Thanks!

Hello Strava Community,  I have been experiencing a strange issue lately. First to clarify that I have been using an Apple Watch 9 for the last year. Previous watch was the Apple Watch 3 Nike version. I have been using it for all kinds of activities, running, OWS, Triathlon, Pilates and many other sports. I’ve been to Strava for over 2 years now, so that means both my Apple Watches have recorded all sorts of sports. My problem has only recently started. I do Triathlon. So on Apple Watch is the Multisport option. At first, I had my activities imported on Strava and of course the map was visible on my imported activity. And as I said this is for the last 2 years for sure. But since October 2024, my triathlon activity imports on Strava don’t show any maps. To be noted, I have not made any changes or adjustments to any of my devices what so ever. I do get maps for other activities, i.e. OWS i did a day before my triathlon ra

Good day I have an activity recorded on the 16.11 which does not want to import to my activities from my apple watch. One moment it imports - shows a tick but does not count towards my weekly goals and does not show up on my activities, and then strangely a few moments later the same activity shows up in my notifications that it still needs to be imported.  I have tried to reboot, logging out, deleting the app - but nothing seems to work in order to upload this activity. I did another activity on the 17.11 and had no issues with importing. Strangely I also cannot seem to be able to delete the “imported activity” as it does not show up on my activities. Please help? 

There is a ~quarter mile long cul-de-sac in my neighborhood that descends just under 100’. It registers on Garmin. It shows up on Strava’s topo map. It shows up on the uphill section in a Strava segment. However in the activity is recorded as completely flat. Just that one section.  

Been riding some hard trails last few days with friends using Garmin and my Apple Watch for backup. Finding the wahoo ride gives me zero points but my Apple watch multiple points. Friends using Garmin devices also multiple points. What’s going on?

I have two activities that, when I click on the link from the list of all my activities, I just get a page that states “Oops! There seems to be a problem”. I have raised a support ticket several times now but when I check back later to see if there’s been any response, I’m told the ticket has been closed but I can raise a ‘follow up’! Any idea how I can resolve this? Whilst I would like to see my activity, I really would like to download the gpx data for these two routes.I have almost two thousand Strava activities and as far as I can remember this is the only time I’ve ever encountered this problem.

When searching for activities, clubs, or users, the current search algorithm uses the OR operation for keywords. For example, if I search for "Marathon Challenge," the results include all activities that contain either "Marathon" or "Challenge," which often leads to a large number of irrelevant results. This can make it difficult to quickly find specific activities or users.I believe it would be highly beneficial to implement an AND operation for search terms. This change would allow users to narrow down their search results more effectively and find exactly what they are looking for without having to sift through numerous unrelated entries.

The Strava app on Android has started making a habit of popping up a message pointing out that it is possible to look at my profile.This functionality has been there for ages and I have opened it often enough.  Why does the annoying popup keep reappearing?

Hello, I have encountered two issues when using an Apple Watch to record a run and then syncing it to Strava: When the Apple Watch is connected to a treadmill (e.g., Life Fitness), the Apple Fitness app matches the treadmill's distance and pace per lap. However, the figures on Strava do not match those on Apple Fitness. During an outdoor run on a track, the Apple Watch can detect the track and, by selecting the lane used, provide precise measurements for distance and pace. However, when this workout is uploaded to Strava, Strava displays different distances and paces per lap. Do you know what might be causing these discrepancies? Thank you.

I cant add my heart rate data to strava please help me

Back in September the auto-flagging system was upgraded, but I still catch quite a few blatant invalid rides. For Example (and from October): Max speed of 153km/h; GPS reading completely crazy. How come this wasn`t auto-flagged?

I recently searched for an old activity which I did whilst on holiday last year. I scrolled back through my activities but it was not there, so then I checked on Garmin connect and discovered it was not there either. Of more concern was there were no activities for my holiday on either Strava or Garmin, even though I know I recorded many walks and can remember attaching photos to them to share with friends.Further checks show I have lost activities for many other holidays, despite knowing I previously synced them and remember seeing them on my Strava dashboard. In fact it seems that for many trips all my walks have been lost although I do see a few runs still exist.I am not sure how this can be. The feed from Garmin Connect to Strava I have read is one-way, so once it has synced it would need to be independantly deleted from each feed. Hi, I tried Starve premium to find routes in my new city, but I came down with a stomach ulcer and internal bleeding. While I was in and out of the hospital, I forgot to cancel the subscription and was charged with an entire year subscription without any notice. (This feels extremely predatory). I am a student and cannot afford this on top of medical bills and rent & groceries. I cancelled and need to get a refund -- please help! 

My app seems to have updated recently and now the Strava route suggestions is not working.It will not come up with any routes when I ask for hills, hard efforts, off road etc from my location even though it used to have dozens of suggested routes.If you remove some of the filters, eg difficulty, it might come up with a supposedly hilly route that is pancake flat, and not starting anywhere near your location.It really isn't fit for purpose at the moment, which is really frustrating as it is the main reason I pay for premium .

It would be really helpful to have rate of elevation gain (i.e. ft/mile) displayed in activity summaries so compare at a glance relative climbing. In addition it would be great to have runs categorised using fell running categorisation("Fell running races are categorized by both distance and difficulty: DistanceRaces are categorized as short (S), medium (M), or long (L): Short: Less than 6 miles (9.6 km) Medium: Between 6 and 12 miles (19.3 km) Long: More than 12 miles DifficultyRaces are categorized as A, B, or C, with A being the most difficult and C being the least: A: Average of at least 250 ft of climb per mile, and no more than 20% of the race on roadsB: Average of at least 125 ft of climb per mile, and no more than 30% of the race on roadsC: Average of at least 100 ft of climb per mile, and no more than 40% of the race on roads")

Hello friends , Usually After I finished virtual cycling via Rouvy app.It wil automatically upload to my Strava and it will count my virtual cycling distance to my club leader board.But after January 2024 I got a problem ,after finished activity It count distance in my personal distance not my Club leader board ,so I have to manually upload .FIT file to my strava and chose "Ride" instead of "Virtual ride" And I tried to disconnect strava from Rouvy and Re-connect. But a problem still existed.What should I do?Thanks a lot 🙂

Hello, after joining several clubs, I continued to try to join several other ones and it wouldn't let me " join" , the orange join button wouldn't turn into "joined" or when it said "request to join" it wouldn't send the request.  Anyone has an idea why?

I have a many People I follow on Strava but I don´t want to miss the activities of my best friends. I have them as favorite + notify when the upload an activity. But since a few days this notify is no longer working so I miss activities of  my friends.Notify when someone sends a comment on an activity is ok working.

My pace updates I got through my headphones have disappeared and I can't find where in the settings to turn them back on? 

I enabled syncing activities from Garmin connect but didn’t enable health-related data by mistake. So all activities were imported without heart rate data. I disconnected Garmin, deleted all activities from Strava, then re-connected Garmin hoping it would re-sync all activities correctly but it didn’t. Is there something that can be done?

I seem to be missing all my friends runs from a race this morning in my feed.  If I search individual name I can see it, but feed is missing days.  Have un-installed and reinstalled, and restarted phone...not helping.
