It’s the time of year where my feed gets polluted by a bunch of indoor activities that are of no interest to anyone other than the person doing them. I would love for there to be a way to hide all virtual activities from my feed. I’d also like for any of own virtual activities to be automatically hidden from the public feed, but the former feature would solve for the latter. Thanks for considering my suggestion!

Is there away to define other ride types for Virtual Rides such as those uploaded from Zwift?At the moment the iOS app only has the “commute” option that seems a little out place for a virtual ride.Online I can see similar tags for a Virtual Ride but no specific Ride Type Field.  Is it possible edit/add the tags available for virtual rides via the online portal and have the reflects in the app as ride types? 

Hello, I opened up a ticket regarding my half marathon race that is not showing up as a PR on my profile. (Request #3076831 was opened in October) My profile still shows an old race. I really like “Best Efforts” as a feature, but every time I click into it, it defaults to showing best efforts for running, which would be fine if I had any runs on my account. I wish it would automatically just open the cycling section, given that’s where I have activities and best efforts. I get mildly annoyed every time this happens. This feels like a really easy fix.

I can completely understand why custom challenge authors should be a subscriber, but it seems cost-prohibitive to require invitees to also be subscribers. Our use-case is improving/monitoring cardio for our workplace. It just simply is not doable to get our members to all subscribe. Ideally, we would be creating club-based challenges. Right now, we must invite everyone to the club, then create the challenge and invite.This is a lot of steps and not user-friendly design.

I just started using Strava this week, had been a map my run user for last few years.  Everything seemed to be going ok, but during my last few runs when I go to look at my details ( heart rate, distance, pace, etc) my app just shows a black screen with a small x in the top left corner.  If I click on the x, it ends my run.  No matter how many times I turn my wrist, tap the screen, etc, the app is unresponsive even though it’s still recording and giving me audio splits.  This is driving me crazy.  Is there a setting I can change to get it where I can see my data while running?

Hi, From the “Running” activity I understand there are “Type of Runs” and “Tags”, each with a set of pre-defined value we can select. But is it possible to actually edit them and define others ? Type of Runs and TagsOr is it fixed and only those values can be selected ? Thanks.

I was running in a group that shared the route in komoot so I ran with komoot. The running details from komoot al all synchronized perfectly with apple health but strava doesn’t see the activity. Even when I go to the data section in strava manual to try to import the data manually from apple health. i don’t see the details.Two weeks ago I also had this issue when I ran with technogym on my treadmill.Is there a way to fix this? Kind regards  Serge

I have connected Strava within the SUUNTO App, but it won’t sync my activities. It also does not show the SUUNTO as synced app somewhere in Strava, but I am not sure wether it is supposed to. 

The audio cue has reverted to the very annoying posh English male voice.I did have it so it matched my Siri voice, but since I have got my new iPhone 16, it has reverted to the bad voice.Can anyone advise how you get the audio cue voice to change? thanks alot.

Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to modify the confidentiality of a synchronized activity (for example, the function "hide the activity from my home feed") with my Suunto Race S watch before its final publication.Unless I am mistaken, when I synchronize an activity between my Suunto watch and Strava, the activity is published automatically without me being able to intervene before on certain functionality settings. Tks. Pierre

Just noticed in a recent activity with the Fenix 7 Pro that the 47mm watch size is added in parentheses. Not a real issue just a little redundant as the "S" and "X" variants denote the size so having the device read only as Fenix 7 Pro is enough.

I live in snowy country and lots of riding being done on Zwift.  I would prefer to see just the outdoor activities in my Activity Feed and not Zwift rides.  Possible?

Strava seems to rely on its server location to determine the day/time, not where I am logging in from, so the relative time of activities is often wrong, e.g. an activity described as “today” was, indeed, yesterday. This should be an easy fix

Steps to repeat:Activities are private by default. Click “Mute Activity” on either phone or web. Select “Everyone” as audience type. Click “Save”Result: People who have selected you as a “Favorite” receive notification that you uploaded an activity.Workaround: Activities are private by default Click “Mute Activity” Click “Save” Go back and select “Everyone” as audience type. Click Save again.The reason one might want to be able to mute an activity, but have it be public is that private activities do not count for challenges…. but you don't want to annoy your friends by “cluttering up the feed” with shorter, less interesting activities.

can i use the tur-by-turn navigation on the Samsung Galax watch 6?

Please, Strava, stop with the new “Kudos on logging an activity” and “your activity is ready” BS notifications. Or let me turn off in the settings Strava system notifications. I only want notifications for when a follower comments on a ride or when they (another human) gives me a kudos. This has gotten way out of hand. 

As a runner and mountain biker I often find new trails by reviewing friends activities. I will often look at their activity while I am out on my ride/run. I would like to be able to pull up their activity map, including their red line track, and tap a compass or similar icon to see where my current location is compared to their activity. Is this possible and I am missing it? If not consider this a feature request. 

HelloThere appear to have been some updates to the route planning function with this excellent app. However now it is becoming extremely slow, “updating route” is all I see now, and it is now no longer possible to see my the heatmap with all my activities displayed while route planning. The function is now barely usable it is so slow. Please is there anyway that the route planning can return to how it was a few months ago? I am using Chrome and I have tried the route planning on two separate computers. Best regards Howard

I have a problem to see the heart rate on my strava activities, either sync from garmin connect or uploading a file.As I read, it is a problem of authorization of data permissions.First of all, there is no menu to go directly to the page in the website nor the app. I found it only when I try to manually upload a file (picture 1).When I open the settings link, then I click on “Allow access” (picture2) and on “accept” of the confirmed access pop-up (picture3).By doing this is supossed that the problem is solved…BUT NO!!!After that I download a fit or a tcx file from my garmin account and upload it in Strava, but1) the same red message (Uploaded activities will not show heart rate or other health data) as shown in picture1 appears.2) the activity uploaded in Strava (with the heart rate as you can see in Garmin Connect (picture4)) DOES NOT show the heart rate (picture5).Why does it happen and how can I fix or solve

Hi everybody, After the latest Strava-update, the routes I save wont load to the Wahoo Elemnt Companion app. I've tried deleting and re-installing both apps on my iPhone, but with no effect. Anyone with an idea of what is wrong?

Is it possible to change the order of challenges on the Android Strava app? I need to scroll all the way to the end of 2024 to see the current challenges.

I have had Strava for many years and the 10 year ago me can’t compete with current me. Please add a feature to allow the clearing of all past personal PRs or perhaps add a new category with annual PR. Garmin has this feature ON THE FREE ACCOUNT so it would make sense that Strava could at least do this on the paid account.
