Hi there,

I know I'm probably not the only one facing extremely long times to reach (or better said, I still have no answer, 3 weeks after my e-mail !!!) Strava support, but I post my story here, in case someone can help me.

I have an issue with the family subscription: a friend sent me the link and I got the following error: “you can’t join the formula, you’re not in the same country”. What makes no sense since we are actually living in the same country (France), and that’s also what is indicated in my (and his) profile. The link also worked perfectly for the two other friends who joined his family.

I immediatly contacted Strava Support to ask what to do or what they can do to fix this issue, but it’s been 3 weeks now, and I still have no answer, and the issue is still not fixed. For a paid service, that’s a little scandalous…

I do not have many hopes that my problem will be solved here, but if anybody knows how to actually get help from Strava, or better, how to fix this location issue, I would really be glad!
