I filed a refund ticket after I was charged for an annual plan following the end of my free subscription. According to the guidelines, I was instructed to cancel the subscription (which I did) and provide proof of the charge, stating that I’m eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.It has now been 16 days since I submitted the ticket, but I’ve received no response from Strava’s customer service.I get that they probably have a lot of support tickets to solve, but I would simply like to be assured that I’ll still get the refund even if they reply outside of the 14 day window. Thanks!

When I’m doing a tempo run with short distance so today I ran a programme of 8x 400 m @ pace with a 2 min rest.  (There was no auto lap set on my garmin) Why is Strava then adding my rest pace into my average 1k? When I’m not actually running a 1k. Do I have to pause my watch when I’m on a rest then unpause when starting to run? Please note I had this programmed as a workout on my garmin. It also happens when I’m hitting to lap button between runs   this is so frustrating!!

I am experiencing an issue where my club’s recent activities stopped updating a few hours ago. Although members have been recording and submitting new activities.Anyone is experiencing this right now? Or is there currently an outage with Strava service?

My unit of measures or set to metric but for nautical activities Strava displays nautical miles instead of kilometres although in Garmin connect it displays kilometres.  Is there a way to change this?  

I have two Strava accounts - the one I used all the time was associated with an email I no longer have access to. I am trying to merge the accounts and change the email address on the Strava I use all the time. I have an open ticket with support but have not received any response for now to handle this situation as I cannot just change my email since I do not have access to it and i have forgotten my strava password - I am just always logged in on my phone

Pour mes sorties VTT j’ai une montre Garmin VENU 3 et un Garmin EDGE 530. L’année dernière j ai fait une sortie en montagne avec des pentes à environ 20% (indiqué sur le EDGE 530). Lors de la restitution sur STRAVA je ne vois pas d’affiché les pourcentages. J’ai posé cette question sur le site de STRAVA mais il n’y a pas eu de réponse seulement cela m’a dit de faire des recherches et de voir sur la communauté ! Pourriez vous me dire si c’est possible et si oui comment faire ?D’avance merci. 

My Activity Feed on the Dashboard is missing on the desktop. It's there on the mobile app but not on the desktop.

For the last couple of weeks whenever I track a workout using the strava app on my apple watch (Series 5) the timing has been well off. For example I did a 55 minute workout this morning that Strava recorded as a 10 hour workout. I Started the work out session on strava on my watch at 5.30am and finished at 6.26am. Strava has it recorded as starting at 8.24pm the night before and finishing at 6.26am. It’s done it repeatedly for a few weeks. Interestingly I’ve done a number of hikes, walks and mountain bike rides during the same period, all recorded on strava using the specific options an the timing has been fine. And as a test I used the apple workout app to record a workout session earlier in the week and it timed it just fine. Anyone got any ideas on why the workout sessions recorded on strava might be timing weirdly? I’ve restarted both my watch and my phone a few times and it hasn’t changed anything.

Most of the time i record my traveling  with strava but just today i thought  lets see what did i do and i saw it said that i did 187 kmh how can even it be possible  to make 187kmh with bicycle  and i even have a normal  bicycle  not the expensive  one I thought  Strava was a good app but it seem to have happened  many times in my recordings 

Hello,I would like to bring to your attention that Strava’s new navigation system has become very frustrating to use.Since the latest update, several features that made your tool practical and reliable have disappeared:A large stopwatch now takes up the center of the screen, which is very distracting for navigation.The orange line of my route, which used to remain visible even when the screen turned off, now disappears.Access to the Global Heatmap, which is still enabled in my settings, seems to be gone.When my screen goes into sleep mode and I turn it back on, I lose my route and the overall experience is no longer smooth.I am a Strava subscriber so I can plan and follow my routes, both during my travels and on local rides. Previously, your navigation system was a reliable and reassuring tool I could truly count on. I just don't like the new interface at all. There is too much on the screen and when I try to move the map or zoom in while on a ride, I end up hitting things and screwing it all up I wish it would just be the map and then switch the page to speed and heart rate info. Why have it on both screens? I actually swore out loud on a ride and it's supposed to just be fun..ha.

I rode a few days ago with Strava on my iPhone,my grandson also rode with me using my Garmin.It was a mtb ride,my ride was much shorter than his but when we met up and ended our rides,his got flagged!Asking if it was an eride.Hes 14,had a good ride but not record breaking. When it got uploaded from Garmin to Strava I posted that it was not mine.How do I get it un flagged for him?

I’ve always appreciated the clarity and simplicity of Strava’s map tool, which has been indispensable for both planning my runs and navigating on the trail. However, the recent update has introduced new features that, while intended to enhance our experience, unfortunately clutter the map and compromise its ease of use. The additional information now overlays the map, making it difficult to focus on the essentials, particularly when I'm out on the trails.While I recognize the good intentions behind these updates, the true value of the map tool for me has always been its straightforward, clean presentation, showcasing both global and personal heatmap data without unnecessary distractions. Has anyone else changed email on an account and it’s now logging you into your old account and not your current account? I’ve submitted a ticket but I haven’t had anything back from Strava so I was seeing if anyone here knows how to resolve this situation. Thanks everyone

I have a questipn regarding average pace while running. I always just see on my phone the pace for the current kilometer, but not for thw whole distance during running. how can i change that ? thanks from austria. markus

I was running a segment До Синия вир with the goal of a crown and in the end the segment is not visible in the activity. I pushed myself and gave it my all. We were running together with my husband Пейо Христов, who was pacing me, and we finished with almost the same time, he finished seconds ahead of me. On his activity the segment До Синия вир is visible, but on mine it is not. The segment Синия вир последна част and the segment Синия вир спускане 1 част are part of the segment До Синия вир. There is no way they are included in the activity, but the segment До Синия вир is not included. This disappoints me a lot, because I know how much I gave of myself.... I kindly ask you to look at my application and see that I went exactly along the segment and there is no reason why it should not be visible in my activity. I love to stay active and enjoy a range of outdoor activities like golf, walking, running, and hiking. However, I've noticed that most of the fitness platforms are more focused on running when it comes to tracking my progress. For example, even though I've covered almost 300km of hiking, the platform only displays my 80km of runs. I'm wondering if there's a way to get a more accurate representation of my overall fitness activities on these platforms. Do you have any suggestions or insights on how to manage this?

Some of my activities get incorrectly flagged.There is a group bike ride I regularly take part in, and typically, my activity will be flagged. It’s a fastish group ride, but not insanely, just amateur level. And I’m far from the fastest one. I never get any KOM, and actually never get in the top 10 of any segment either. But every time, strava declares that the activity was actually done on an electric bike, and my PRs and segments are invalidated. Other members of this ride also get their rides flagged. When I look at my friends, I’d say about a third of them get the ride flagged initially. Not necessarily the faster riders. Who gets flagged and who doesn’t seem pretty arbitrary. Most people are able to get it validated after all. I was also able to get it revalidated the first time, by confirming that the ride was ride. But now, I’m not able to get it revalidated. It’s pretty frustrating: trying to beat my PR, and improving my position in the leaderboard is one thing that motivates m
