I have an account I use for administering/posting my cycling club rides.  Changed it to a new email but alas that got locked and is not recoverable. Have followed the Strava advice of email help desk twice and have waited two weeks with no response.  Is this really the way a paying customer should be treated?Anyone have any advice on how to actually get some action?  

I keep getting marked as solved but my case isnt even solved yet. I need the refund, it’s for my allowance but not it’s gone. 

For some reason, I have three accounts. My subscription account says it cannot import any data and my other two accounts of activities that I’ve been doing for the last couple of weeks. I don’t wanna lose any of that data. I want them to be transferred to my original account and have my subscription reinstated. Every time I try to reinstate the purchase it gives me an error message and tells me to contact customer service. They send me endless lists of documents that make no sense and I can now process. I’ve been working on this for hours and days and I’m getting really frustrated. Does anybody know what to do here? 

Hello,I would like a refound. On may 15th 2025 my yearly subscription got reneved without a notice. I can't afford to subscribe to Strava anymore. I bought Strava a year ago using students discount, and now I got charged full price. I read that I have 14 days since payment for the refound. I canceled my Subscription as soon as I found out about the new payment. I issued a ticket/request for a refound number  #3350570. When can I expect someone to contact me? All I can do is talk to bots on the chat. I would like to talk to a real person. What else there is to do so I can get my refound?Thank you

How can I request a refund immediately?My Gcash app automatically bought the subscription through Google and it took my monthly allowance and in need of money ASAP. How can I do this and how long it would take.

My maps appear to have gone all zigzaggy. This makes the distance longer. I have turned my phone and location on and off. I doesn’t seem to have made a difference. Any other ideas? Thank you. 

Hi everyone!I am struggling with a strange problem. I changed my phone in January and it was necessary to log back into my Strava account. When I did this, instead of logging into my account, a new account was created, with the same email. In my “new” account I found the “right” one with all my activities and photos, so it exists.  I tried the password reset option, but I don't get any message with a link to do it. Has anyone had a similar situation? I wrote to support, but apparently they have a lot of requests and the waiting time is extended. Thank you in advance for your help.

Did a bike ride yesterday, got notification that it was uploaded, changed title and saved it. But it’s not showing in my feed or in my activity list. It is included in the weekly total, but that’s it.

I have got some problem. I using strava app in my iPhone 8. Hello, i am experiencing a issues with my strava app, it doesn't count all my km, in total activities I have a 39.35 km this week  but in statistic in group I have only 15.6 km visible. Is there a way to accumulate the difference

I have a Pixel 3 Android phone and my Strava app frequently stops recording during activities. I've given the app all of the permissions I can find. Friends using the app to record the same activity don't seem to have this issue. I've tried to reach out to customer service but can't get past their totally unhelpful bot. Any suggestions?

It seems like a very “simple” idea but being able to move photos around on your specific Strava Activity. For example, if you want a certain photo or video at the “beginning” or “front” of the media included on a specific activity, you have to delete all of the media after it and reupload the media in the order you want it to be shown. I think it would be great to have a way, when editing your Strava activity, to be able to move photos and videos around (similar to organizing an Instagram post that includes multiple photos) to different spots in their chronological order, rather than having to delete media and then reuploading it in the order you want it to be displayed. 

Hi Community,Since a few days I'm experiencing some orange lines glitching when opening the Maps tab. See below. Also, when zooming out, the map “whites out”, which makes it difficult to pan to locations abroad.Anyone else experiencing this? Using a Samsung s24+ with the latest OneUI update. Best,Bram

Hi, I got a QOM on 4 segments yesterday. All 4 segments appear in my activity. Unfortunately, when I go to the list of all my QOMs, one of the segments is missing. When I check the profile of the girl who is now in second place, that QOM still appears on her list. I've tried using the "refresh activity achievements" tool multiple times, but unfortunately it hasn't helped.Is there any other way to refresh that segment that I might be missing?

The associated group activity 404’s but the embedded display still tries to render. Presumably null is not a valid date, but this state doesn’t have CSS so it overflows the bounding box. Probably the fix will be to hide the whole embed/widget thing, but y’all should fix the display of the error state as well if there are *any* error paths to reach “invalid date”

Curious as to why a non premium member can only “create” a flag but nothing happens to the rider in question.  We have a couple of strava trolls in our region that record their rides as normal bikes but are obviously on e bikes.  The useless strava algorithm does nothing to them.  Tried to take the diplomatic approach but they continued to do what they do.  So I started flagging their rides.  This led them to blocking me and continuing to record as regular bikes on e bikes.  So I couldn’t flag their rides anymore.  Others have tried to flag their rides but they are not premium subscribers.  All that happens is a message pops up that says your flag has been created.  And the ride stands.  Pretty much all of our climbing segments are now irrelevant.  Thanks strava!

I would like to be able to delete all my photos before a specific date. To reduce the space my photos take up. It is good when sharing but after 1 year for example, it is no longer necessary.

I played a round of Golf yesterday whilst wearing my Garmin S62 watch. Previously the activity uploaded to Strava which included a map of the activity i.e walking route taken. However recently the activity map is not uploading to Strava whilst the basic details are.
