Yesterday we cycled a beautiful 100km ride through the Dutch Limburg hills with our club. In total with 22 people divided over 2 groups. Now we have almost all cycled the entire route as it was planned. Only some, including me, have adjusted this route slightly to also include some extra climbs, but after that we also got back to the group as quickly as possible/via the shortest possible distance. Now I have (according to Strava) completed the route with only person A, B and C. This while person C did not cycle this adjusted route but person D did, who I do not see again. If I look at person A, there are 7 team members who I do not see in my list. This is also the case with person B (6 others) and he also does not have all the members that person A does see.Every now and then our mutual distance will have been more than x meters, but then it is strange that person A would be visible to me. Zoe is an ultra-runner who has put her steps in many parts of the world as she is a never-ending traveler. But recently, she has been banned from Strava because she violated the Strava rules running in parts of the world and posting photos that go against Strava policy. She is not a spy. Just  a 30-year old girl who loves her world. Who should I write to in Strava to defend her case as she wants to go back to Strava? Any email address is welcome. Thanks for helping. 

All my activities, for many years have been available for all.  Now my activities load OK onto Strave, but no followers can view them.  The only change is linked to me taking up the Samsung offer.  Is there a problem here?

Back to Strava after a long hiatus. As a 60+ y/o rider I still like to go fast...e-bikes.I’ve noticed on many of the local segment leaderboards GPX’s with interesting data. Many with maximum speeds exceeding 75 mph. Quite a few that follow major freeways. Also uphill segments with averages speeds exceeding 50 mph.I have flagged dozens of these activities multiple times. I have opened support tickets, Crickets.

 Hi Strava Team,I’d like to suggest adding a Live Activity feature for iPhone users, allowing us to see our current progress (distance, pace, and time) on the lock screen without unlocking the phone. This would be really helpful for those who don’t have a smartwatch but still want to track their stats easily while running or cycling.Additionally, an improved voice update feature would be great—one that gives an audio cue every kilometer, letting us know our current pace and distance covered. This way, we wouldn’t have to keep checking our phones during workouts, making it safer and more convenient.I’ve seen discussions about these features in the Strava Hub years ago, yet they still haven’t been implemented. I also noticed that the hub has a voting system for suggestions, but I don’t think all Strava users are even aware of it. Other fitness apps already offer these features—what’s stopping Strava from adding them?

This would be very useful for gaining a clear picture of your bike's maintenance, especially for suspensions, which require maintenance in hours.What do you think?!

After a run, I used to be able to hit the "Share To" button & select "Save to Photos" on my iPhone or iPad.  Today it doesn't even give me that option.  It just says Copy, New Quick Note, Save to Files or Save to Pinterest.  How to I save my activity map to my photos again? 

My partner was jealous of me enjoying Strava with Cycling and she has just become obsessed with riding a Kick Scooter. She has downloaded Strava but was dissapointed to see that she wasn’t able to select Kick Scooter or variation of ‘Scooter’ from the available sports.

Some time ago, I replaced parts on my bikes. After that, I forgot to remove the old parts from my equipment and enter the new parts. As it is, days go by....Since I know when I bought the parts and installed them, I wanted to do that now. Setting the new parts to the date of installation is not a problem, but there is no way to edit the date of replacement. So the mileage of the old parts is incorrect. I know it's a little geeky, but I like to compare the mileage of tires, chains, chainrings, etc.@STRAVA: Would it be possible to implement this functionality for discontinued models as well?

It would be really awesome to have a feature to run polls within a club, either as an admin or anyone, if granted access to by the admin. Use case: You want to identify the best date or location for a run club, to fit best to the clubs or next events needs.

It would be very useful if you could filter your best efforts to get a true reflection of power, best times etc.I’m fortunate to live where there is a 25km climb called Jebel Jais. It’s pretty much 6% constant and a pristine road. And there is a 1-3% 10km lead in to it. the downside is my best times over distance are skewed as you can average 50km/h going down 35km of road without putting in a huge effort.also from time to time when entering a race or in a big group you can go around a 50-100km ride at higher speedsbeing able to filter efforts would help understanding your performance.an example might be to check for the best power over a certain distance with 0 elevationor best speed over a certain distance at a minimum power number. 

I go on hikes, walks or even rides with either a weight vest or my child on my back. Please add a simple way to add extra weight, because changing my weight before every activity is nonsense and it can’t be done in retrospect either. It can have a huge influence on power/calories. Example: my last hike I had extra 25kg on me. that’s 30% of my body weight. Lots of calories on a 440m ascent.

It would be great if Strava allowed users to add custom tags or categories to their activities, making it easier to track specific types of workouts. For example, I’d like to see how much I’ve run at training versus during games over the year. And be able to view my stats like you can when you click on statistics and you get the like 3 options: running, cycling, and swimming. Once you click on the main sport, then you get the sub-category like training, games, and recovery. With this feature, users could filter stats based on their tags, gaining better insights into their performance across different contexts. So in short, sub-categories (Could be as tags) that can be added to activities that then can be turned into statistics.

Strava automatically deducted money from my e wallet and i want a refund, I've sent it to support and it says it is solved but why i didn't get my refund yet and last question, how long does it take to get my refund??? answer it please i need that money for school 

I am currently an intern at a professional cycling team that competes at the highest level in races such as Paris-Roubaix, the Tour of Flanders, and the Tour de France. I thought it would be a fun idea to create an active Strava community around the team. We would set up a Strava club with as many members and fans as possible. We aim to engage them through challenges and tasks, giving them the chance to win exclusive prizes, and so on.Unfortunately, Strava is so limited that it is not even interesting to pursue this further. For example, I wanted to create a challenge called "To the Moon and Back," where our members work together towards a shared goal of cycling 384,400 kilometers in a year. Sadly, you cannot create such challenges as a club owner—only Strava can do this. How ridiculous is that?Additionally, I thought it would be nice to create monthly challenges, or even weekly ones where you evaluate the results after a month. But guess what? You can only view weekly

Piste difficulty is based on the OSM field piste:difficulty (https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:piste:difficulty), however, the corresponding colors differ per region. It seems that the pistes are drawn using the US/Canadian colors. Strava in the last week is wrong, I'm guessing GPS issue but have tried the troubleshooting suggestions but still not correct, I know the route and use 2nd app so am confident on the details ...example 5k  in 40m strava will say its 9.5k and I did a pb 🤪Any others suggestions how I can fix it 

Hey there,I’m posting this as a general question/discussion and to see if anyone else shares the same sentiment:Strava for mobile has been getting lots of love (i.e.: GUI upgrades, AI features, new mapping tools ) to name a few. I feel like the Strava for desktop does not have the same look/feel and other goodies. I can’t be the only one that uses both Desktop and Mobile and feel the disparity between both.  It would be nice if Desktop would get a refresh 😎

All my correctly synced activities are only showing up under the YOU tab not on the homepage feed. Others can see my activities correctly as I am getting kudos. However the only way I can see them is via the YOU tab? This is only a recent issue,  it used to work perfectly and I have not changed any settings.
