Hi! With the UI update on desktop, it seems that the access to the route is now broken.  When I click on “Send to device” or “See on Strava” on an event page, it opens a strava.app.link which does not seem to work on desktop (either Firefox or Edge), getting a  ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED. Any way you guys can fix that?  Thanks!

Hi all,After testing in dev env, I tried to change the domain for production, but it seems stuck with the previous (dev domain), even after 24h (3 days to be honest).The field contains “proddomain.com” and I’m still able to use “devdomain.com” and cannot use the prodomain, get a forbidden.Any hints on how to change this ?

Hey there,As a personal project, I am building an AI workout planner tool, where users can input some information about themselves (or connect their Strava account) and receive an AI training plan. They can their planned workouts in a calendar view, and as they complete them they will be automatically marked as completed if the activity on Strava roughly matches their planned activity.For this I am planning to use the Strava API to pull past ~3 months of running activities to help the AI understand the users capabilities. I am slightly unclear on what is / isn’t allowed from the API guidelines POV, any insight would be greatly appreciated!

How does one get an App listed in Strava Apps?

Hey everyone! Quick feedback on the activity sharing feature for Alpine Skiing.Currently, when sharing a "stat map" image, the distance includes the entire loop, ski lifts and all. This ends up inflating the total distance quite a bit.Would it be possible to update this so we can:• Show only downhill distance on the shared image?• Or at least select which stats (downhill vs. total) are displayed?It would be great to show off the actual skiing rather than the lift rides! Anyone else noticing this?

I would like to create a weekly recap for our club and automatically query our club’s API on a regular basis.To set this up, I’m wondering whether I should create a separate account for this, so that someone else from the club can take over the project later without needing access to my personal account.Does anyone have experience with this?

Hello, I noticed last week, 2/20, that my rock climbing activities have changed how they records. It has added a map (not necessarily an issue, I actually appreciate it for outdoors), but how it shows up in the progress page has changed. First, when looking at monthly activity the climbs are no longer being added to the total time for all activities or for Rock Climbing. Also, the climbing activity now has little to no impact on the  Relative Effort or Fitness charts. Climbing has never had as much of an effect as running but it at least had some before. Is there any reason this has changed and can it be changed back? Ray

Hi,  I was wondering if anyone can help me, I have been authorised by the devs for my app to pull multiple athletes data via the API. The issue I am having is when I try to run the link to get the authorisation, it’s not hitting my logic app and keeps erroring out. Is anyone have any issues like this before? My logic app seems fine, its building the oauth link as I am trying to do one link fits all for authorisation and not individual links manually.  Any advise would be great.  ThanksJamie

I have developped an application that sends heart rate from a Wear OS watch to Garmin Edge bike computers. Heart rate is saved in a developer field that should override heart rate native values. I do the same for power (in a developer field inside the fit file). Power is displayed on Strava but not heart rate. It would be great if Strava displays heart rate values from developer fields with nativenum = 3 when heart rate is not already present in the .fit file.This way people will be able to use their Wear OS smartwatch as a HRM together with their Garmin GPS and get heart rate on Strava.Thanks for your consideration

I've built an application using a domain for webhook, for some reasons I've to switch to new domain, will this transition be smooth or should I request all my users to register again?

I entered a segment and then I took a turn halfway and the segment stayed on pause the entire ride. The segment should exit tracking when I get off its course. Also, there should be an option to click away the segment info display when I am not interested in a segment so I can see my usual ride statistics view. Also, it would be great if I can swipe from segment view to the statistic view anyway. (Another great option would be if I could see the pr and KOM tracking comparison on the mini display also)

Cześć, do założenia konta użyłem sign with Apple i ten wygenerował mi swojego maila jako hide my e-mail. Dzisiaj zacząłem jeździć na mywoosh i tam zarejestrowany jestem na swoim prawdziwym mailu i nie mogę przez to połączyć kont. Próbowałem zmienić maila ale za każdym razem wyskakuje błąd ups something gone wrong. Próbowałem już wszystkiego. Nie mam drugiego konta zarejestrowanego na mailu na który chce zmienić. Pisałem do supportu maila ale nie odpowiadają. Konto mam od 2024 i nie chce go stracić bo mam na nim całą historię rowerową. Próbowałem resetować hasło zgodnie z tym co Strava sugeruje podając tego dziwnego maila wygenerowanego przez Apple ale nie dostaje wiadomości zwrotnej mimo że w ustawieniach iCloud mam zaznaczone aby dostawać maila ze stravy na głównego maila. Co robić?

Activity 17160221247 is of Alpine Skiing type. It shows 10,923 ft of “Vertical” in the mobile app, but only 25 ft of “Elevation” on the web site. The getActivityById() endpoint is returning 7.0 under “total_elevation_gain” (only parameter in DetailedActivity we can use to derive elevation or vertical). This is resulting in wrong data displayed in our application and we cannot explain the difference between the mobile view and web view on Strava. Can you please look into it and tell us how to fix the problem? The activity was recorded on Slopes and uploaded to Strava.
