Hi,  I don't have a subscription, but the goal has always counted my weekly miles until today. Every week the counter resets to 0 automatically.I changed nothing and my two activitied were uploaded from Zwift to Strava as always, but the distance counter is still 0.I contacted Strava, but they only sent a few links that might help (not).Tips?

Hi allI am aware what users can change units (metric/imperial) in Strava settings, however, this then applies to all activities.  Is it possible to select different units by sport. extra, I want to show metres for swimming and miles for cycling.

Payment page shows “iframe not configured” error in browser and app. Tried multiple browsers and PayPal.

I am not able to see club leaderboard option on my android app. It was available last week.

Discovered yesterday/today that my mileage for this week is not showing on club stats leaderboards despite showing in club activities feed.  On closer inspection there are a number of others with activities in the club feed this week who don’t show on the leaderboard and at least one athlete who is on the leaderboard but with less milage than what they have completed this week.  This is not related to activity type.  This is not isolated to a single club.  

I am experiencing an issue where my club’s recent activities stopped updating a few hours ago. Although members have been recording and submitting new activities.Anyone is experiencing this right now? Or is there currently an outage with Strava service?

How do I sync my workouts from ULTRAHUMAN app to Strava so I can see my HR data when i run

A Segment is exactly that, a segment of a route or journey, it has nothing to do with a rider name or bike type! Strava needs to sort the leaderboard arguments out in their App so that each different bike type doesn’t have to keep reinventing the wheel by re-entering segments that are we have been used to using for years and just because we change bike type for a ride we are punished and lose the segments!

I recorded a run using my phone (forgot my watch). I can see the activity but it’s not counting toward my progress or showing on my social feed

It's pretty shitty that I spend my year gathering data with Strava....5 years now actually, I can cannot access some sort of data for "Year In Review". Not a good business model and I think it will show in users leaving the app long term. One of many cheap things Stands is doing. 😢

For a week or so now the map that is displayed when opening an activity defaults to the middle of Africa. Likely the equator  at Null Island rather than defaulting to the activity area /  showing the activity on the map. I’m a strava user of many years so am used to Strava’s quirks from time to time, but this seems to persist and I am not sure anyone else is having the same issue. It only seems to be an issue on desktop / website. I cant see anything awry in settings Etc and think s like OS maps and Google seem to default to my rough area as usual. But again this is an issue when viewing saved activities not when recording new ones, so usually it doesnt matter where I am, it defaults to the area of the activity. I.e. When I am at home in North West England and view an activity in France the map opens showing the part of France relating to the activity 

Someone created a route with komoot for the group to run.she sent te link to the route, but now i want to import it to my strava in order to display in on my wahoo

Hola, a alguien más le pasa que la distancia con la aplicación nativa no coincide con Strava. En mi caso el Samsung wacht7 me dice que he corrido 6 km y en Strava me sale 5.80 km. Algún detalle en la aplicación o algo que sepan

Hello, I would like to remove or revoke members from my club who are posting inappropriate content or appear to be bots. As the club owner, I currently don’t have access to the full member list and therefore can’t remove them. How can you assist us with this issue?

Why dont we ever hear back on suggestions we’ve taken the effort to register? All we see it a small amount of upvotes, and never hear back again. The reason for the small amount of votes is because of the effort it requires to register on the community hub. If this was an easier process for the average Strava User (voting) we would see a surge in upvotes! Come on Strava, you can do better? 

Welche Vollhirnis sind auf die Idee gekommen, dass bei der letzten Slide des Sportjahres, nur jener teilbare Überblick anpassbar (nur Laufen, nur Radfahren, etc) der dieses hässliche Design orange mit schwarzem hintergrund hat. Wie viele instagram storys nicht gemacht wurden, nur weil bei der transparenten Übersicht alle kilometer (egal ob mit Rad, zu Fuß oder schwimmend absolviert) zusammengerechnet sind. Hi everyone,I’m the developer of a fitness app integrated with Strava, and I’d like to ask for some advice from the community.Our app has grown to ~999 connected athletes, and we recently applied to increase our athlete limit to 10,000. Unfortunately, the request has not been approved yet, even though user growth is ongoing and we’re close to hitting the current cap.I’m curious to hear from others: Has anyone here successfully gotten their athlete limit increased beyond 1,000? How long did the approval process take in your case? Were there any specific metrics, usage patterns, or implementation details (e.g. webhooks, deauthorization flow, caching strategy) that helped with approval? Any insights or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
