J'ai changé de smartphone et j'ai dû me reconnecter sur le nouveau, mais impossible car l'envoi du code ne part pas et me dit qu'il y a erreur, contacter l'assistance. J'ai essayé sur PC, pareil. J'ai testé avec Google, mais mon compte n'est pas associé ! J'ai envoyé un mail à Strava mais pas de nouvelles, rien, une vraie galère. Est-ce que quelqu'un a déjà eu ce problème ?

Hello! We made a run club for our running community, but for weeks now it hasn’t let us post into the group. This has been going on since we created the group. Other members have been able to post fine, but every post we try (no matter how it is formatted, what device, what browser, with/without cache, and so on) every time we try to post it says ‘Something went wrong’.We raised a ticket with support a month ago but just keep getting told they are working through a backlog. (Strava ticket #3469079)Please could someone help us to get the attention of someone at strava to resolve this?! Have tried every single troubleshooting method under the sun to no avail and it is still not working.Don’t mean to come across as pushy but we have a small following online and really want to make this group a big/inclusive space for runners, but we’re not even able to post into the group! Yet to promote it properly - but we already have over 100 people that have found the group and joined it.Group link h

Hello all, recently I been receiving a server error when trying to post my activity in my clubs. I am able to post to about 2 or 3 groups, after that I am unable to do so. I also did a double run but struggling to post my second run in any group. 

When running interval workouts (12 × 400 m), Strava continues to display my previous “best effort” of 1:35 even though I recorded faster 400 m splits during the activity. It fails to update the “best effort” to reflect my latest and fastest 400 m run, which was 1:25 on lap 12.Steps to Reproduce Complete a run with interval workouts (e.g. 12 × 400 m). Achieve faster 400 m splits—even multiple laps faster than the displayed best. Upload the activity to Strava. Navigate to the Best Efforts section (Progress tab or activity’s “Best Efforts” details). Observe that the best 400 m time remains unchanged (e.g. stuck at 1:35), despite faster splits recorded (e.g. 1:34, 1:25). Hi allI have a issue when I'm creating a trail running route. I have built various routes in the past, so not an entire newbie. I have been struggling lately with trail running routes. I use the global heat maps, I know the area, I know its been used often, but as soon as I start building, the "builder" simply refuses to use the heat map route, and uses other routes instead, taking me on an entire different route. Besides going manual, is there another way of "forcing" the builder to use the heat map?

How do I turn Athlete Intelligence back on?

For the last couple of weeks, while on a ride, upon finishing a segment the results of that segment will remain on screen long after the segment ends. They remain even if additional segments are attempted.i will take a picture next time this happens but its annoying.

I am writing to request a refund for a recent charge on my account. I signed up for a free trial on July 10, 2025, but I did not intend to continue with a paid subscription.The recent charge of $52.35 was an automatic renewal that I was not aware of. While my account shows the transaction date as August 9, 2025, the money was actually deducted from my bank account on August 27, 2025.As I have not been using the paid features since the trial ended, I would like to request a full refund for this transaction.Thank you for your assistance.

I seem to be getting a lot of new followers lately who don’t have any followers and don’t seem to be active on Strava. What is this about and is there any way for Strava to catch and limit this? Thanks!

So i have an issue, i recently got a new app to track my strength training workouts. Before i just used strava to log a workout. And then noted the weight on a piece of paper.This new app automatically exports all of the data to apple health, and it works great. The problem i have now is that strava dosent let me import it.Strava works just fine to import something like a run from apple watch, but when importing the strength training from this app it dosent even show up in the list, of available imports in Strava.  Is there anyway to make this work, without going through a third party app like Rungap, which also sees the strength training exercise.

When looking at my profile and the “My Stats” section it is only showing I have done total of 45 runs 0miles and this year 15 runs 0 miles.This is completely incorrect I know I have done 353 runs, for 1,187.6 MilesHow is it that these stats are now showing as total Garbage. Anyone else notcied this. 

I’ve been noticing some inconsistencies with the transparent share feature on Strava, even when using GPS.I always record my runs using a Garmin watch, so all my activities have GPS data. But here’s what’s confusing:• Sometimes, the transparent share option shows my route with the shoe icon (looks really nice).• Other times, it only shows the route without the shoe icon, even though the run is recorded the same way.• All these activities have GPS data, and I don’t manually edit them. Why does this happen? Is it linked to the activity type, GPS details, or something else? How can I make sure the shoe icon option always appears when sharing transparently?

Hello, it's been almost a month and Strava support hasn't responded to my refund request. How long does this take to even get a simple reply from support? 

This is someone paying subscriber fees to advertise a hotel.  I can’t see this ending well for users if our streams become filled with Instagram-like influencers and “curated athletes” pushing product. Strava of course needs revenue streams, and I accept the sponsored challenges as that mechanism.  But this? Strava needs to come down hard on it. A subscriber who is a hotel

I went to record a run and Strava had logged me out and was making me fill in my name and birthday. When I had done that it gave me a new account. When I tried to log out and into my original account the email was now in use for the account I had just made without knowing. And I have no idea how to get it back. Please help

We all have the feed on the startpage. Only my feed wont stay on the date of publiced but it has a random order now. I see a rit from 5 days ago, 1 from yesterday, 1 from today and they all are ones if already seen. After like 10 uploaded rits from other i finally see 1 that was uploaded 5 minutes ago

Guys, this has never happened before. Yesterday, on August 26, I went for a run using my Huawei Watch Fit 3. The running data appeared in Huawei Health, but it didn’t sync to Strava, even though it had always worked fine before. Huawei Health is already linked to Strava Huawei Health is up to date Strava is up to date What could be the problem? 

Hi Strava Community,I’ve noticed an issue with one of my segments where the Local Legend count doesn’t seem to update correctly. According to the app, the current Local Legend has 1 attempt in the last 90 days, but I have completed the segment 2 times within the same 90-day period.All of my activities are public and visible, and the segment data is correctly recorded. I’ve tried logging out, checking the web version, and even repeating the segment, but the Local Legend status hasn’t changed.Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Are there any known workarounds to fix or refresh Local Legend counts?Thanks in advance for any insights!

Hi. Can someone explain this for me. On some messages I send I get double red ticks and number. Others I get nothing. Others I get 1 tick. What does no ticks or 1 tick mean please? The person has been online since since message was sent. Have they deleted my message before reading it somehow? Thanks

Hi everyone! help 🙏🏼 I have a problem. Yesterday I rode 225-230km on my bike but then at the end I got on the bus and after riding 5km I remembered that I hadn't turned off the recording. When I saved the recording, it said that I had to cut off the part I rode on the bus, I did so and after saving I had the first 74km of 225-230 left. Does anyone know how to turn it back on?
