For my run club, I create events every week. Let’s say they usually start at Sally’s Donuts at 1234 Main Street. With the update, Sally’s Donuts is no longer affiliated with that address so I have to just put in the address every time. And it shows the address as the location. That’s not gonna fly! Bring back Sally’s Donuts! The old app version knew where Sally’s was, so all I had to type was Sally’s Don… and it would populate. Not all businesses are gone. Many are still there. Please get them all though!

after a training the Strava app allows different things to be hidden to the public. Like heart rate. Is there a specific reason why it is not possible to hide cadence? In some cases I would like to be able to hide it. My request would be to also make it an additional field that can be hidden.

My Activity Feed on the Dashboard is missing on the desktop. It's there on the mobile app but not on the desktop.

Hi Strava Team, I’d like to raise an issue regarding my recent activity sync. I just completed 42.30 km — my first-ever marathon, and I intentionally went over the distance to make sure I covered it completely. However, when the data synced to Strava, it came up short, which is really disappointing after all the effort I put in. Please look into this and fix or adjust the synced distance to reflect the actual 42.30 km. I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible, as this run is very important to me. Your immediate response to this issue is greatly appreciated Thank you,

For months, people have been noting that routes disappear while in use, and saved routes do not show up in the app. What is the delay correcting these simple issues?

Hello, I've just found out I didn't cancel my subscription and apparently it was written off less then two weeks ago and I just noticed yesterday.. can I please cancel and refund the subscription since I wont need it coming time and its a big chunk out of the budget? 

Bug report: On the mobile app, I (and others) cannot see the full text of my recent activities.  They are cutoff.  The “read more” option is missing.  It is strange.  If I view my wife’s recent activities from the same days, I see the “read more” link and it works.  If either of us try to view my recent activities, the “read more” option is missing.  The text cannot be read on the mobile app.  Note 1: The full text appears on the website (i.e., no problem with the web interface).Note 2: My older activities have the “read more” link (no bug).  It is only my recent activities in which the full text cannot be read on the mobile app.  Bizarre!

Hi, a couple of my runs are not showing in my club stats but are showing in my overall weekly stats for last week. I know which ones that aren’t showing and my settings on them are no different to before (as far as I can see) Visibility is not hidden from clubs. Any idea how I get it to sync back up? I have logged out of both app and website versions  

For a few weeks Strava is showing my milage for the year as an incredibly high number. I have also lost past data on the graph Any help on how to set this back to the correct numbers will be grateful recieved.Thankyou  

This week (Nov 3rd - Nov 9th 2025) I had three activities of running. First on Nov 4th, 2025 12.12km and 1.01km and the third one is on Nov 7th, 2025 13.13km. In my profile activities appear the total mileage is 26.26km, but in my club’s leaderboard it only appears my 1.01km of running. Could anyone help me to overcome this problem? I’m afraid that next week will happen again like that. Thank you

Am at a loss to understand no logged runs / attendees show in any of our events. The club is for a parkrun so the start time should not be an issue, it will always be close to 9amInitially there was no route logged for the events but I created and added one a few weeks backI since noticed that start & end 100m of my own runs were hidden & have just now changed thisOthers in the group who logged the same run did not have the setting on to hide their starts & endsMy activities are visible to EVERYONE. Any one else has this issue & worked out what was wrong?

Hi, what do you think about adding an option in Strava to show grouped notifications about weekly or monthly activities of people you follow, so you don’t have to scroll through thousands of your friends’ activities — similar to how Apple did it in iOS?

As a former road bike enthusiast, I’m not against road cyclists — far from it. I used to be one. But my body shape and back just couldn’t handle the crouched-over position anymore, so I moved to an e-bike.Since I started recording, I’ve ridden well over 22,000 km  — more than 3,000 miles just in the past few months — and lost over 50 kg along the way. My e-bike weighs 45 kg, so it’s far from a “free ride.” Every kilometer takes effort, commitment, and persistence. The motor only assists; it doesn’t pedal for me. This journey has been truly life-changing, and I’m proud of it.Lately, though, I’ve felt a real sense of exclusion. Dear Strava.I’ve been a segment creator for 10+ years.I’ve always make segments based on the actual tracks specially when these are MTB related.In your last update 10 months ago, around my area we lost many good segments in detriment to really bad ones that stayed, just because they had more stars, which was ridiculous.So I started making them again, tagging them with my signature which my friends now use to recognize the goog ones.Recently you deleted some classic ones that were good, but not mines because they were good 10 months ago, so there was no need for me to create another one.Now, with this last delete, you’ve left some bad ones which don’t start where the track actually starts, and don’t end where the track ends.When I tried to create the new and precise one, for a track I rode yesterday, I found out now it can’t be public. So we either stick with the bad ones, or write here on community hub

I got a brand new Google Pixel 9 last week and Strava keeps crashing. I can't open Maps or record a love workout. I have followed all of the steps that were recommended online. My phone storage is low. I cleared my cache and data. Restarted my phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing works. 

I just joined the Strava Community Hub and received an automated email welcoming me to the site:“Dear username, Your account has been succesfully activated. We hope to see you soon on the Strava Community Hub.” Below that, there’s a button titled “Go to the Community Hub” but the HREF for the button is invalid and fails. The link in the email is to <LINK REMOVED> (For privacy reasons, I’ve redacted what looks like a session UUID from this URL in the email).The <LINK REMOVED> site redirects to <LINK REMOVED>  with no additional URL path.Ultimately this fails to work for at least two reasons:<LINK REMOVED>  is not a listed hostname for the communityhub.strava.com https certificate, so my browser complains about a security concern due to the hostname mismatch. <LINK REMOVED>  just shows an “under construction” image and says the page is not currently available.

My activities don't show up on my saved routes? How do I fix this, in order to re-use a previous route?
