Today 11.09.2024 the amount corresponding to one year's subscription was withdrawn from my credit card.I would like to cancel the subscription that has been extended and have the amount paid back.what should i do for this?

I tried to change my email associated with my account, but after entering my password incorrectly a few times, I decided to just hit “forgot password”. After changing the password, I tried to log back in and now my account is temporarily suspended. I’ve waited 24 hours per instructions I’ve read on this forum and contacted support but nobody has replied to me. Is there any way to fix this? 

Hello:)) A few days ago I accidentally deleted a hike that was very important to me. Because there is no way to recovered deleted activities on strava yourself yet, I contacted the support team (ticket #3031177) but haven’t gotten a response yet. Does anybody know how long the process usually takes? Thank you!!

I ran a 5k in 23 mins 12 seconds with my Garmin watch recording. It uploaded to Strava and all seemed fine. Then, the App changed the time to 38 mins 39 seconds but the website version remained at 23 mins 12. Not sure why this has happened. Any ideas on how to fix this for future runs?

Hello everyone. I hope you can help me. I don’t race my bike outside but I rely on segments for interval training and my own performance monitoring. Basically, I take Strava segments very seriously. I give kudos to those athletes who legitimately take QOMs from me, especially if they are solo female riders like me. However, for more than two years, one particular female e-bike rider continues to use her e-MTB as a ‘normal bike’ on Strava. I have flagged her rides continually and even sent her polite emails explaining, with YouTube links, how to mark her rides as e-bike. She has not done this and she has unflagged all her rides. I have sent emails to Strava support but not received any response or any action. She continues to ride her e-bike and take QOMs from genuine riders like myself. I have a whole folder of her rides and of pictures of her on her e-MTB. Aside from being extremely annoying, I am at the end of my tether. Can I flag this rider/Strava user? How can I get

I can no longer upload photos after upgrading to iOS 17. The settings for photo library access are set to private with no other options to change to. Help please. 

Hello, I've just found out I didn't cancel my subscription and apparently it was written off less then two weeks ago and I just noticed yesterday.. can I please cancel and refund the subscription since I wont need it coming time and its a big chunk out of the budget?

Not sure where else to post this since when I make any Strava support requests they all get marked as Solved right away. I've tried clicking NO in the emails that get sent to me but it doesn't seem to work. Hoping maybe someone here can get that team to look at the issue. Thanks!

My phone storage was filled up, yes, all 256 GB (mostly music). I uploaded two Strava activities and neither of them uploaded GOS data. I read that I could delete some things in order to have the data uploaded, so I freed up 7 GB of space but my map data is still not showing up. Is the data gone or is it recoverable?

Hey Strava fam!I hope ya’ll doing great!I have reached my 1-month 5k streak goal. What a journey it has been! Despite not being an early bird by nature, I was determined to push myself and make every single day count in parks of Amsterdam. Working 40 hours a week, I wanted to prove that no matter how busy life gets, it's always possible to carve out time for running. I sent my family a link on Strava to join a family plan (I use it much more than them) and when my dad clicked on it, he tried logging into his Strava, but every time he clicked 'log in' he would get a message saying 'your account had been temporarily suspended, try again later'. He only uses Strava to upload activities and only runs a mile or two a day. He told me he has never changed his email or any of his information. Does anyone know what might be causing this or have any solutions?

  Is there a way to transfer heart rate data to another activity recorded at the same time but with a different device?The activity with heart rate misses the key segment of my ride, which the other recording has, but that one misses the heart rates.

Does anyone know why my Strava keeps unfollowing athletes without me unfollowing them - very frustrating 

I often ride at bike parks where there might be 5 or 6 trails all starting at the same point and ending at the same point but they are distinct trails and yet Strava cannot determine which one I was on. On the map it shows the trails (i.e. Strava maps is aware that there are multiple trails in this location and even shows the names of the trails) and my GPS track lines up almost perfectly with the trail and yet Strava still thinks I did the trail beside it which does not line up with my GPS track at all, except for the start and end points. Why does Strava only look at the start and end points of a trail instead of matching the mid points as well?The trail network that I am talking about is called Sticky Forest in Wanaka, New Zealand. There are lots of trails that all start in similar locations and then all end in the same spot. The trails are all on Strava maps and when I ride them, my tracks line up with the trails on the maps, plus or minus a metre or two here and there, but they do

I ran 18 miles yesterday and the Strava app didn't add anything to my fitness tracker or relative effort. It usually always adds four or five points after a long run. As far as I know, it is the first time this has ever happened. Has this happened to anyone else?

My wife and I both have Samsung Galaxy phones, an S23 and an S24.  We noticed that the Strava app was very slow to load on both phones and didn't move into activities any faster than about 30 seconds, making it unusable at home.  This led me to switch of WiFi and all was working perfectly again with just Mobile Data (4G and/or 5G).  So the phones are good and the app is good but what's wrong with WiFi?I did some searching and saw that others have a similar problem with Strava and other apps and the recommendations are to disable IPV6 on your home router.  This can be done at home but doesn't fix issues we will have when connecting to other WiFi spots.Has anyone else seen this?  Is there a pending resolution? This issue is present on both the Strava Beta app and the mainstream app on these phones.

Is there a way I can just use my own segments? I just do the same ride each day and only want to see the segments I have created as private. Thanks
